Horrible! I took my little sweetheart in, she was expecting, and the staff wasn't very friendly at all. I was a bit shocked by this because while there I explained that we were new to the area and needed a new vet. Our family has found wonderful care at North Hills Vet clinic in Reno. They love seeing our fur kids, and always treat us with respect and care. Even our little one that has had two surgeries, she still enjoys her visits there. For our family, we will make the drive. Read Less
