I was going to take my dog here, until I found out they don't have 24 hour care. Not a good idea to leave your pet overnight without anyone watching them. There are better options in town then this place. Read Less

This is the most compassionate, sincere, loving pet hospital.. HANDS DOWN!! Dr. B has been taking care of my pets for the past 13 almost 14 years and I would not trust any other Veterinarians to care for my pets. Dr. ’B’ treats every pet special, as though they were his. We came here years ago after a family member's recommendation. We have moved farther away and started seeing other vets that were closer to home-always a big mistake. I have decided to bite the bullet and make the drive from now on. Dr. B and his son are equally great. They are friendly, informative, caring and charge reasonable prices. My mastiff recently had growths removed from his eye and face. I was worried that he would look awful and scarred up, but when all is healed, I don't think anyone would be able to tell. Would be a negative if I could. Cut cancer tumor off my dog without testing it and spread cancer through my dog and killed her in with a month, cancer spread and died after charging me over $2000 for fatty tumors! Read Less

Previous review was meant for a different animal hospital. Got them confused. All American has always treated us and our dogs very well. And they are very kind and gentle with our pets. Update: My dogs have now been there multiple times. As matter of fact they both had to have surgery in the last month. One dog ate a magnet that had to go and the other got a HUGE slice under her neck from her dog tags. If I could give him 10 stars I would. With Wesley he didn't even care about the $$ when he called to tell me what he found. He was doing surgery regardless. Luckily I have dog insurance! Love Dr. B and the staff. I've been going here for few years now and have moved across town. I still drive over here for my puppies (they are still puppies even though 7 & 11!) -- excellent vet and great prices.Read Less

On wednesday aug 12th,2015 i Took my 7week old puppy in because she was not responsive, the doctor worked on her, I would not have the money to pay him until Friday and I told Dr. B that and he said to me "why did you have me work on her if you did not have the money to pay for my services" I ask him after he said that "you would just let my baby die and not see her" he gave me a dirty look and walked away. On Thursday my friend paid the doctor $121.00 and the vet told us she was playing and running around. We get her home and she was not playing or running around, she was in a lot of pain from were they put the IV in We pick her up and and she would yelp..today is Friday 08/14/15 my husband and I woke up to her passed away in her bed. I've been going there for years and I would not have expected this from doctor B....he doesn't care about your dogs or cats. I don't know about you all but my animals are my children R.I.P. Great Veterinarian Dr. Hany Botros enjoyed meeting with him today. Brought our two dogs in to see him. Both dogs liked him and were not afraid when he touched them. The front office Vet Techs were sweet and gave good advice. Was just going to go with a rabies shot but they advised if we were going to groom them to go with the Bordetella as well. I have been taking my dogs and cats to Dr B since he took over the office from the previous vet. He has always been kind and honest- when one of my cats was terminally ill, he told me yes he could try putting him on an IV and nursing him back to health but it propbably wouldn't work and would be expensive- he advised me to take the cat home and show him lots of love in his last days. He could have charged me a bundle, but he didn't. When I had to put another cat down, I received a very nice sympathy card from him and his staff. I believe my dog was poisoned but I will never know for sure. He was very, very, very sick I didn?t think he would make it. He stayed with Dr. Botros for a week. His body was all out of whack and bloud work prroved it. I honestly believe if he was at any other vet he would have passed away. Dr. B even gave me his personal cell phone number to call. The total cost was extremely fair. Anyother vet would have robbed me blind! I have been to 5 different vets in Vegas and Dr. B is the BEST! He is an honest man who loves animals and truly cares! This place is NOT cheap by all means. The prices are wonderful plus you get great service! I have never had any ""bad"" experiences ever there. i've been going for the past 3 1/2 years! To the response of being ""dirty""! Hello! have you been to any other hospitals around the area? You almost need to put a clothes pin on your nose! Please, do your pet a favor and don't go there. I got my cat spayed there and she is still in heat. I took her back for a check up and the doctor said there was nothing wrong with her. Now, I am going to a new vet to get my cat fixed again. Who knows what that doctor did to my cat. Makes me angry! Read Less
