I do not recommend nor will I ever return with my dog. There is a very serious lack of quality of care. Nor is the supervision adequate. Staff are blamed for all actions.

Great staff, Drs here have saved my cats life twice; the first time from an unknown illness which only gave her a 3-5% chance of making it. They managed to save her though, and I couldn't be more grateful. They also have great boarding and grooming centers. 11/10 can't say enough how much I appreciate this place. Your pets are in good hands here.

Dr. Costa and everyone at Spencer Springs are the best in town! I have been taking my pets to Dr. Costa for many years and there is no one that really compares. She is so kind, compassionate, and really knows her stuff. It's definitely worth the drive and any wait in the office. The wait is only because they spend as much time as needed with each patient. Everyone who works there is so kind and passionate about their job. They truly love each animal that walks in. I have numerous wonderful stories about Dr. Costa. Last year, she helped us take care of a cat that I had found on a playground. They stayed open late just to accomodate us last minute. My current cat, which I actually got from her office a few years ago, has had many visits, all being top notch. Yesterday, she had to get a dental cleaning done. It turned out that my cat needed extra attention and quite a few extractions. Instead of rushing through, Dr. Costa and her team stayed late to accomodate the situation. She decided to keep the cat overnight to watch her and has been very responsive. Last night, they called at 9 pm to give me an update. They had been there since 7:30 and didn't leave until who knows what time (I know at least 9). The fact that they took the time to keep me updated so late and after what I am sure was a long day, made me smile. This morning, I got another call, this time directly from Dr. Costa, to check in. Again, something that was above and beyond what is necessary. She and her staff truly love animals and despite how busy they can get, give each person her undivided attention. I don't know how she is able to come each day with such a big smile and positive attitude, but it is definitely evident. I wish every medical professional was this amazing. So, to make a long story short, make sure you take your pet here if you want the best care!

Great vet!!! Back in Florida, I paid around $400 each year for my vet to clean my dogs teeth. I also brush my dogs teeth almost daily. The vet in Florida did not do a very good job because Spencer Springs Animal Hospital had to remove 14 of my dogs teeth. My dog is 14, but she acts like a puppy again and doesn't have yucky breath. Dr. Costa, from Spencer Springs Animal Hospital is very caring. She followed up twice on our dog because my dog wasn't eating or drinking for over 24 hours. She started to drink water by the 2nd day. I highly recommend Spencer Springs Animal Hospital and Dr. Costa.

All in all, I give this service provider "two thumbs up". UPDATE: I was recently hospitalized for 2 weeks and my daughter, from Boston Mass, raved about the care my pup (Truly Scrumptious) was given at your facility. We chose Spencer Springs because all of my girlfriends family goes here. Initially, we fell in love because Dr Griffin is so incredible and I still stand by that. Unfortunately, we got a new kitten and brought her to Spencer springs for a normal check up. They had to do her exam in the back because she was so skittish. We were unable to supervise the treatment of our cat back there but we trusted them. We were told she sounded great and healthy. It’s now been over a week since we took her to Spencer springs, all of our animals are sick. Our oldest is looking at potential hospitalization due to URI. We had called the vet earlier in the week and were told there was no way our kitten could’ve gotten sick at their office because she was never put down in the back. Well, the only other conclusion is that her exam room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly enough. We’re looking at upwards of $400 for all of our animals to be treated for the URI that they neglected to prevent. Dr Griffin is an amazing doctor but it’s just not worth the risk for us and our babies to deal with his negligent staff and potentially dangerous office.

Dr. Costa, Dr. Master, Spencer Springs Animal Hospital, and all of their staff are the absolute best. We were traveling through Las Vegas, when one of our senior pups got very ill. We called many Vets when we arrived in Las Vegas, who turned us away. We happened to call Spencer Springs who said come in, and after a short wait, they took us in. Our pup spent 4 days in their Hospital. Every time we called in or came in to visit Zuni, every staff member was well informed, direct, confident, knowledgeable and very competent. Because of their competence, everyone there made a very difficult situation a bit easier. After 4 days in the hospital, we were able to bring our pup home for continued treatment with her home Vet. I remain indebted to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital, and recommend them without reservation.

I just recently got a puppy for the very first time and decided on this vet to take him in to get all his shots and check ups. I absolutely love this place! The staff is super nice and accommodating, they were able to get me in immediately and schedule me exactly when I was available. Both doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my crazy first time dog mom questions without making me feel stupid. Can't wait for our next appt!

THE VET SAID SHE KNEW HE MIGHT NEED ONE AND THAT HE WAS AT RISK No one at the front desk SAID ANYTHING!! The vet didn't call and ask, I called in that afternoon to check on him and he hadn't had surgery yet and NO ONE said ANYTHING and now my cat is DEAD!!! I'm NEVER taking him here again!!

My dog has been coming here for almost four years. Even though the practice changed hands, the quality of care is still there. I think I've seen every doctor in the group (unless there's a new one! ) and I'm happy with all of them! They're thorough and not afraid to admit they don't know something and will or have had to research it, which I like. My dog isn't afraid to come into the office or go back into the treatment area, which is also important to me. I've never had a huge wait either.

Compassion is not their strength. Absolutely hated how they accommodated my dog. He started having seizures and we had to rush him in the hospital since we are existing patients, visit them all the time for all our pet needs and were generally happy with them before. We were told that since we are a walk-in, we had to wait for a spot. Waited for over an hour with my dog yelping in pain and in extreme distress while they helped pets with annual shot appointments. Had a feeling they'd let a dog die, but hey, they'll honor your appointment! No one plans on having an emergency situation, and they failed to recognize the urgency. Of course, we left and of course we won't be back not that they'll care one way or another.

I like to take my boys to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital because they are honest and fair and love the animals they treat.....

I took my 11 year old Vizsla in for an initial visit because of an evening cough and a swollen joint. Dr. Casa was concerned that the joint could be due to a malignant soft tissue tumor and recommended a biopsy. She also took the time to do a complete exam and noticed that he also had a loose molar and could remove it at the time of the biopsy. I was concerned about anesthesia with an older dog since I have had problems with them recovering in the past. I was relieved when I picked him up that afternoon and he was fully recovered and acting normally. The staff is very pleasant and the doctor was thorough and caring. Also, the soft tissue mass was not malignant.

The wonderful experience begins as soon as you walk in the door...the front desk peoole are attentive and will listen to you while providing outstanding customer service. Then the experience continues when you are moved back to a exam room to see the Veternarian. Dr. Travis Howarth is absolutely fantastic! He shows a level of concern for your pet that is so refreshing in Las Vegas. I drive an hour each way to use this clinic. Once you visit them, you will too!

I have been going to this vet for the past 4 years and they are absolutely great! Anything from routine vaccinations to life saving surgery, they've done everything possible to care for my dogs and to keep the cost as low and they can. I have dealt with every veterinarian there and they are all very nice. They also provide boarding which I have used once for 5 days and I had no complaints. It's over 10 miles away from my house, but it is worth the drive to know that my dogs are in good hands. I always highly recommend them to my family and friends and I recommend them to anyone who needs quality care for their pets.

Not to impressed. The place was highly recommended. However, after I mentioned that I was currently unemployed, Dr. Costa lost all interest. She was pretty aloof, ran a bunch of tests. They said my animal had diabetes and they were starting insulin and keeping her over the next 3 days. When I went to pick her up, the next day another vet was there. He was a total moron. He never even showed me how to give the injections. I learned from YouTube. He wasn't even sure how much she should be fed.. I am now going to a different vet. They are not in a hurry, and explain everything. How did I have such a bad experience with all of these good reviews?? Oh yes, She thought I wasn't going to be spending crazy amounts of money. I did spend 400.00. My new vet didn't even charge for the initial exam. So if you want to spend a ton of money and not get good instruction, come here....

I recently just moved to this side of town, and i am lucky to have stumbled upon Spencer springs. My dog had been sick for two days. On Sunday morning I felt terrible about having to be a Walk In when they opened, but i knew for my dogs sake that i had to be "that person." The staff had no problem taking me in and even putting me straight into a Room to be seen. Yeah I was there for two hours, but it was well worth it to be seen by such a caring facility.

"BEST VET IN VEGAS" Dr. Susie Costa - Fakler, D.V.M. - Spencer Springs Animal Hospital Dr. Susie Costa has taken care of our dog (Fred a Rhodesian Ridgeback) for the past 4 years and we have always been treated with such great care, respect and love for our pet so I decided to Yelp about it. I consider her to be the best vet in Las Vegas and she will always be our veterinarian as long as she is in Las Vegas. Dr. Costa is especially good with our very large 118 lbs service animal. She is not only exceptionally loving and attentive, but She said is always well-organized, and offers the kind of personal care you can only get from a smaller operation. (I've seen the back area, too.) She is also very sensitive to weighing the benefits of a procedure versus the stress it would cause to the animal. This professional veterinarian is a gift to the community. PLUS, her prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend her!

I was quoted $65 to put my dog to sleep, then when I got there they said $95. When they proceeded to take my card, they noticed they quoted me the wrong price once again and the actual charge was $115. What was I to do? They knew if they said $500 I would have had to pay it bc I had no other option. My dog needed to be put to sleep!Once they got in me in the room, the nurse said they needed to sedate my dog bc he was trying to bite the nurse, a fee they would waive. Then when they returned my dog I told them I was ready right away but they proceeded to make me wait about 25mins til the doctor came in. Once the doctor was in, she said the needle in lucky's arm wasn't done right to only find out a couple mins later that their syringe was clogged. I was crying so hard, there was nothing again I could do but to wait for this doctor and facility to get their act together. Putting your beloved dog to sleep is one of the hardest things to do in life and Spencer Springs hospital made is the worst!

Taking animals to Spencer Springs for routine care is okay; however I had a very negative experience with a very sick dog. My dog had a documented history of G.I. problems and seizures with Spencer Springs and became ill with G.I. problems. The diagnostic tests were appropriate; however, in my opinion, the treatment and follow up care exacerbated the G.I. condition. He was released to me while bleeding from the rectum and when I asked about that was told that it would stop. I reluctantly took him home only to find he was unable to eat or drink, or take medications and continued to bleed from the rectum. I took him to another veterinarian hospital and the diagnosis was severe colitiis. He was in the hospital care unit for 5 days and there 7 more days in the boarding facility. He received proper after care and was able to come home a healing dog. I wrote three letters outlining my complaints to Spencer Springs. Finally got a response after the third letter stating that my dog's care was appropriate, that he was a difficult dog to handle, and if I had given him the medication he would have recovered. After my complaint, Spencer Springs did send me a check for $25.00 for my inconvenience--the bill totaled $448.54 plus the cost of the second veterinary hospital which was much less. I will not take an animal there again and would caution others to think twice. I never spoke to a veterinarian just the business manager.

Highly Recommend I was given a handout at my previous vet that characterized the TPLO surgery as get the surgery or the dog suffers catastrophic pain no med could help. Because the price was prohibitive I went to Spencer Springs for a second opinion as an acquaintaince raved about them. What a difference ! I was given other options. They are caring, proficient, charge 1/3 of my previous vet and don't ask for unneeded testing. Better care, better pricing. They are the best, in my view .

She repaired the damage that the Vet at Stephanie Animal Hospital did. They pulled two of my dogs teeth and left a piece of the tooth in there. His face swelled and abscessed. Dr Costa performed surgery from inside and outside of his face to clean it out and repair the damage. They didn't charge me for all the follow up visited This is a wonderful place and I recommend them highly.

I took my cat in for a second opinion not realizing she would leave in a box ! My cat was havibg trouble eating and drinking and had gone from 13 pounds to 51/2 pounds. The Doc. said she was dehydrated and the " we'll get her to eat". I wa never told that this cat was dying and we should put her down to end her suffering. I said from the begining that I didn't want to run up a bill large enough to send the doc. on a world tour. I was told not to worry about the bill and late into this the Doc told me it would be $200.00 . I left the cat and was strung alone for ten days as the cat countinued to deteriorate. The Doc. would not return my calls, would tell me she would call me the next day and failed to do so . I would get encouraging statements from the Doc. While the cat countinued to lose weight. This was outright inhumane , it als deprived me of having my beloved cat at home for a few more days before her passing. I took her body home in a Reused box they apparently had laying around somewhere, after I finally insisted that she was not getting better and that she was dying and that we need to put her down, I told them, " this borders on inhumane " !!! On one visit i said. " she's gotten much worse " the Doc said to me " you think so ? ". Dear God it was so obvious !! I am so devastated over thinking about my beloved cat spending her dying days in a cage with strangers and all kinds fo noise etc.around her . I'm still in tears thinking how my beloved cat spent the last 10 days of her life , in that cage . By the way, the bill turned out to be over $600.00 . tripple what I was told it would be !!! The worst part is that I was deprived of being with my beloved cat for the last 10 days of her life. If these people put money over the welfare of our animals and the owners feelings ( and they do ), GOD HELP US ALL !!!

I do not recommend nor will I ever return with my dog. There is a very serious lack of quality of care. Nor is the supervision adequate. Staff are blamed for all actions.

Great staff, Drs here have saved my cats life twice; the first time from an unknown illness which only gave her a 3-5% chance of making it. They managed to save her though, and I couldn't be more grateful. They also have great boarding and grooming centers. 11/10 can't say enough how much I appreciate this place. Your pets are in good hands here.

Dr. Costa and everyone at Spencer Springs are the best in town! I have been taking my pets to Dr. Costa for many years and there is no one that really compares. She is so kind, compassionate, and really knows her stuff. It's definitely worth the drive and any wait in the office. The wait is only because they spend as much time as needed with each patient. Everyone who works there is so kind and passionate about their job. They truly love each animal that walks in. I have numerous wonderful stories about Dr. Costa. Last year, she helped us take care of a cat that I had found on a playground. They stayed open late just to accomodate us last minute. My current cat, which I actually got from her office a few years ago, has had many visits, all being top notch. Yesterday, she had to get a dental cleaning done. It turned out that my cat needed extra attention and quite a few extractions. Instead of rushing through, Dr. Costa and her team stayed late to accomodate the situation. She decided to keep the cat overnight to watch her and has been very responsive. Last night, they called at 9 pm to give me an update. They had been there since 7:30 and didn't leave until who knows what time (I know at least 9). The fact that they took the time to keep me updated so late and after what I am sure was a long day, made me smile. This morning, I got another call, this time directly from Dr. Costa, to check in. Again, something that was above and beyond what is necessary. She and her staff truly love animals and despite how busy they can get, give each person her undivided attention. I don't know how she is able to come each day with such a big smile and positive attitude, but it is definitely evident. I wish every medical professional was this amazing. So, to make a long story short, make sure you take your pet here if you want the best care!

I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning and they saw us quickly. In and out in under an hour! Doctor was helpful, but I wish he was more knowledgeable about what my dog specifically is going through. He referred me to a specialist, so I guess I can't ask much more of a doctor.

Great vet!!! Back in Florida, I paid around $400 each year for my vet to clean my dogs teeth. I also brush my dogs teeth almost daily. The vet in Florida did not do a very good job because Spencer Springs Animal Hospital had to remove 14 of my dogs teeth. My dog is 14, but she acts like a puppy again and doesn't have yucky breath. Dr. Costa, from Spencer Springs Animal Hospital is very caring. She followed up twice on our dog because my dog wasn't eating or drinking for over 24 hours. She started to drink water by the 2nd day. I highly recommend Spencer Springs Animal Hospital and Dr. Costa.

I read the negative rating and absolutely had to counter that,I have been bringing my two German Shepherds for many years now,and before my old girl,who had been put to rest here..,I have to say,there is no better and more animal loving people,than at Spencer Springs!Dr.Costa is the kindest and most knowledgeable vet,her staff was always so attentive to my not too easy to handle big boy Odin!Love these people,I have seen,how busy the place gets,but everyone around still tries to attend to everyone's needs the fastest way they can!Don't read one negative that will be drowned by all the positive amazing reviews!

I'll be brief. Spencer Springs is a lovely, comfortable and customer/pet-friendly facility. My pup was initially terrified, but that was to be expected. All in all, I give this service provider "two thumbs up". UPDATE: I was recently hospitalized for 2 weeks and my daughter, from Boston Mass, raved about the care my pup (Truly Scrumptious) was given at your facility. Again, Spencer Springs is the best of the best.

We chose Spencer Springs because all of my girlfriends family goes here. Initially, we fell in love because Dr Griffin is so incredible and I still stand by that. Unfortunately, we got a new kitten and brought her to Spencer springs for a normal check up. They had to do her exam in the back because she was so skittish. We were unable to supervise the treatment of our cat back there but we trusted them. We were told she sounded great and healthy. It’s now been over a week since we took her to Spencer springs, all of our animals are sick. Our oldest is looking at potential hospitalization due to URI. We had called the vet earlier in the week and were told there was no way our kitten could’ve gotten sick at their office because she was never put down in the back. Well, the only other conclusion is that her exam room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly enough. We’re looking at upwards of $400 for all of our animals to be treated for the URI that they neglected to prevent. Dr Griffin is an amazing doctor but it’s just not worth the risk for us and our babies to deal with his negligent staff and potentially dangerous office.

Dr. Costa, Dr. Master, Spencer Springs Animal Hospital, and all of their staff are the absolute best. We were traveling through Las Vegas, when one of our senior pups got very ill. We called many Vets when we arrived in Las Vegas, who turned us away. We happened to call Spencer Springs who said come in, and after a short wait, they took us in. Our pup spent 4 days in their Hospital. Every time we called in or came in to visit Zuni, every staff member was well informed, direct, confident, knowledgeable and very competent. Because of their competence, everyone there made a very difficult situation a bit easier. After 4 days in the hospital, we were able to bring our pup home for continued treatment with her home Vet. I remain indebted to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital, and recommend them without reservation.

I just recently got a puppy for the very first time and decided on this vet to take him in to get all his shots and check ups. I absolutely love this place! The staff is super nice and accommodating, they were able to get me in immediately and schedule me exactly when I was available. Both doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my crazy first time dog mom questions without making me feel stupid. Can't wait for our next appt!

This is probably the worst vet I've ever been to! They KNEW my cat was at risk for heart issues because he was older and overweight but the NEVER asked if I wanted an echocardiogram! THE VET SAID SHE KNEW HE MIGHT NEED ONE AND THAT HE WAS AT RISK No one at the front desk SAID ANYTHING!! The vet didn't call and ask, I called in that afternoon to check on him and he hadn't had surgery yet and NO ONE said ANYTHING and now my cat is DEAD!!! I'm NEVER taking him here again!!

My dog has been coming here for almost four years. Even though the practice changed hands, the quality of care is still there. I think I've seen every doctor in the group (unless there's a new one! ) and I'm happy with all of them! They're thorough and not afraid to admit they don't know something and will or have had to research it, which I like. My dog isn't afraid to come into the office or go back into the treatment area, which is also important to me. I've never had a huge wait either.

Compassion is not their strength. Absolutely hated how they accommodated my dog. He started having seizures and we had to rush him in the hospital since we are existing patients, visit them all the time for all our pet needs and were generally happy with them before. We were told that since we are a walk-in, we had to wait for a spot. Waited for over an hour with my dog yelping in pain and in extreme distress while they helped pets with annual shot appointments. Had a feeling they'd let a dog die, but hey, they'll honor your appointment! No one plans on having an emergency situation, and they failed to recognize the urgency. Of course, we left and of course we won't be back not that they'll care one way or another.

I took my 11 year old Vizsla in for an initial visit because of an evening cough and a swollen joint. Dr. Casa was concerned that the joint could be due to a malignant soft tissue tumor and recommended a biopsy. She also took the time to do a complete exam and noticed that he also had a loose molar and could remove it at the time of the biopsy. I was concerned about anesthesia with an older dog since I have had problems with them recovering in the past. I was relieved when I picked him up that afternoon and he was fully recovered and acting normally. The staff is very pleasant and the doctor was thorough and caring. Also, the soft tissue mass was not malignant.

I have NOT ONE BAD thing to say, comment on, or even any suggestions for this Veterinary Clinic. The wonderful experience begins as soon as you walk in the door...the front desk peoole are attentive and will listen to you while providing outstanding customer service. Then the experience continues when you are moved back to a exam room to see the Veternarian. Dr. Travis Howarth is absolutely fantastic! He shows a level of concern for your pet that is so refreshing in Las Vegas. I drive an hour each way to use this clinic. Once you visit them, you will too!

I have been going to this vet for the past 4 years and they are absolutely great! Anything from routine vaccinations to life saving surgery, they've done everything possible to care for my dogs and to keep the cost as low and they can. I have dealt with every veterinarian there and they are all very nice. They also provide boarding which I have used once for 5 days and I had no complaints. It's over 10 miles away from my house, but it is worth the drive to know that my dogs are in good hands. I always highly recommend them to my family and friends and I recommend them to anyone who needs quality care for their pets.

Not to impressed. The place was highly recommended. However, after I mentioned that I was currently unemployed, Dr. Costa lost all interest. She was pretty aloof, ran a bunch of tests. They said my animal had diabetes and they were starting insulin and keeping her over the next 3 days. When I went to pick her up, the next day another vet was there. He was a total moron. He never even showed me how to give the injections. I learned from YouTube. He wasn't even sure how much she should be fed.. I am now going to a different vet. They are not in a hurry, and explain everything. How did I have such a bad experience with all of these good reviews?? Oh yes, She thought I wasn't going to be spending crazy amounts of money. I did spend 400.00. My new vet didn't even charge for the initial exam. So if you want to spend a ton of money and not get good instruction, come here....

I recently just moved to this side of town, and i am lucky to have stumbled upon Spencer springs. My dog had been sick for two days. On Sunday morning I felt terrible about having to be a Walk In when they opened, but i knew for my dogs sake that i had to be "that person." The staff had no problem taking me in and even putting me straight into a Room to be seen. Yeah I was there for two hours, but it was well worth it to be seen by such a caring facility.

"BEST VET IN VEGAS" Dr. Susie Costa - Fakler, D.V.M. - Spencer Springs Animal Hospital Dr. Susie Costa has taken care of our dog (Fred a Rhodesian Ridgeback) for the past 4 years and we have always been treated with such great care, respect and love for our pet so I decided to Yelp about it. I consider her to be the best vet in Las Vegas and she will always be our veterinarian as long as she is in Las Vegas. Dr. Costa is especially good with our very large 118 lbs service animal. She is not only exceptionally loving and attentive, but She said is always well-organized, and offers the kind of personal care you can only get from a smaller operation. (I've seen the back area, too.) She is also very sensitive to weighing the benefits of a procedure versus the stress it would cause to the animal. This professional veterinarian is a gift to the community. PLUS, her prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend her!

When they proceeded to take my card, they noticed they quoted me the wrong price once again and the actual charge was $115. What was I to do? They knew if they said $500 I would have had to pay it bc I had no other option. My dog needed to be put to sleep!Once they got in me in the room, the nurse said they needed to sedate my dog bc he was trying to bite the nurse, a fee they would waive. Then when they returned my dog I told them I was ready right away but they proceeded to make me wait about 25mins til the doctor came in. Once the doctor was in, she said the needle in lucky's arm wasn't done right to only find out a couple mins later that their syringe was clogged. I was crying so hard, there was nothing again I could do but to wait for this doctor and facility to get their act together. Putting your beloved dog to sleep is one of the hardest things to do in life and Spencer Springs hospital made is the worst!

Taking animals to Spencer Springs for routine care is okay; however I had a very negative experience with a very sick dog. My dog had a documented history of G.I. problems and seizures with Spencer Springs and became ill with G.I. problems. The diagnostic tests were appropriate; however, in my opinion, the treatment and follow up care exacerbated the G.I. condition. He was released to me while bleeding from the rectum and when I asked about that was told that it would stop. I reluctantly took him home only to find he was unable to eat or drink, or take medications and continued to bleed from the rectum. I took him to another veterinarian hospital and the diagnosis was severe colitiis. He was in the hospital care unit for 5 days and there 7 more days in the boarding facility. He received proper after care and was able to come home a healing dog. I wrote three letters outlining my complaints to Spencer Springs. Finally got a response after the third letter stating that my dog's care was appropriate, that he was a difficult dog to handle, and if I had given him the medication he would have recovered. After my complaint, Spencer Springs did send me a check for $25.00 for my inconvenience--the bill totaled $448.54 plus the cost of the second veterinary hospital which was much less. I will not take an animal there again and would caution others to think twice. I never spoke to a veterinarian just the business manager.

Highly Recommend I was given a handout at my previous vet that characterized the TPLO surgery as get the surgery or the dog suffers catastrophic pain no med could help. Because the price was prohibitive I went to Spencer Springs for a second opinion as an acquaintaince raved about them. What a difference ! I was given other options. They are caring, proficient, charge 1/3 of my previous vet and don't ask for unneeded testing. Better care, better pricing. They are the best, in my view .

She repaired the damage that the Vet at Stephanie Animal Hospital did. They pulled two of my dogs teeth and left a piece of the tooth in there. His face swelled and abscessed. Dr Costa performed surgery from inside and outside of his face to clean it out and repair the damage. They didn't charge me for all the follow up visited This is a wonderful place and I recommend them highly.

I took my cat in for a second opinion not realizing she would leave in a box ! My cat was havibg trouble eating and drinking and had gone from 13 pounds to 51/2 pounds. The Doc. said she was dehydrated and the " we'll get her to eat". I wa never told that this cat was dying and we should put her down to end her suffering. I said from the begining that I didn't want to run up a bill large enough to send the doc. on a world tour. I was told not to worry about the bill and late into this the Doc told me it would be $200.00 . I left the cat and was strung alone for ten days as the cat countinued to deteriorate. The Doc. would not return my calls, would tell me she would call me the next day and failed to do so . I would get encouraging statements from the Doc. While the cat countinued to lose weight. This was outright inhumane , it als deprived me of having my beloved cat at home for a few more days before her passing. I took her body home in a Reused box they apparently had laying around somewhere, after I finally insisted that she was not getting better and that she was dying and that we need to put her down, I told them, " this borders on inhumane " !!! On one visit i said. " she's gotten much worse " the Doc said to me " you think so ? ". Dear God it was so obvious !! I am so devastated over thinking about my beloved cat spending her dying days in a cage with strangers and all kinds fo noise etc.around her . I'm still in tears thinking how my beloved cat spent the last 10 days of her life , in that cage . By the way, the bill turned out to be over $600.00 . tripple what I was told it would be !!! The worst part is that I was deprived of being with my beloved cat for the last 10 days of her life. If these people put money over the welfare of our animals and the owners feelings ( and they do ), GOD HELP US ALL !!!
