Dr. Lavengco has exceeded service in many instances, and was always informational and forward. He has helped many rescue animals get healthy in a suited environment so they will find their furever home! The staff is very bubbly and happy to help in anyway, the lobby is always clean with funny YouTube pet laughter videos as well as informational segments. Taylor loves to see the different animals, especially the pups, and is very caring and helpful to your needs. Words can't express how awesome this place is. I worked with them as a volunteer for the humane society for many years. Recently, I had to have my own kitty examined for a broken tooth. I don't have much money, so I called around to get the lowest price. Town Center was by far the most reasonable. Same goes for spays and neuters. You wouldn't expect it, because it's in Summerlin. But they were less expensive than the Animal Foundation and Heaven Can Wait. Dr Ashley spent time making sure I understood what my kitty needed, and helped find a "donor" who anonymously paid for Loki's dental work. It was going to cost almost $1,000. I always refer Dr. Lavanko because he always explains all the options and risks before doing something. he always calls when results come in. On the other hand Dr. pepper always have to be on top of her and continuously asking over and over again about anything. and at the same time she tends to hide things and doesn't explain things thoroughly. The vet and vet techs are overall comforting and genuinely seem to care for the animals and their work, so I was comfortable with letting them take my pet for treatment. However the girl that did our check out was young or inexperienced and did not convey the same feeling. Also, I was called around noon to come pick up at 3-4pm. I said I would come right at 3pm and was on time. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes before being checked out, and when I had a question on the bill, was brought back to a room to wait 20 more minutes before the vet could come back to speak with me and give post-op instructions and feedback on the bill. Waited another 20 minutes before actual check out in the room and then another 15 minutes before having a vet tech come to FINALLY deliver the cat after a whole 1+ hour of waiting and she was the one to help finish answering my questions. I would have appreciated more if intraoral pictures had been taken and shown because I am in the dental field. Only post-op radiographs were taken and provided. Also, please make a pet portal that is accessible via browser and not just on an app because I can't add it to my phone and thus can't view the handout the vet provided me. E-mail responses were good when scheduling the appointment, but hard to get a reply anytime else. Read Less

Everything I could ever ask for in a family vet. They helped our senior Pekingese, Haystack when he was critical and fresh off the streets. He wasn't in good shape when they got him and Dr. Monica and the crew have literally nursed him back to health. He went from crippled to walking again! They are reasonable and never make you feel like money is priority. The amount of caring and compassion shown by these doctors proves to me they are here to help our community's animals. The patience and dedication to do everything they can for our babies has made me switch veterinarians even though I live across town. The office is clean, professional, well kept and all the staff are exceptional. The Dr has even called to check in. They pour all of their energy into their job and it's because they love it. I moved her in march and have had multiple encounters with this vet. My cat was super ill the day we got to town because she had misdiagnosed kidney stones. The vet got her into surgery right away and figured out exactly which food she needed to prevent her from getting sick again. She is a totally different cat then when I adopted her last year and so much healthier. They have been great about confirming appts via the app they use and ensuring all shots are up to date. When we had to board them for the first time in all my pets lives (two pit bulls and a cat), they made sure they cared for our animals better than I ever could have expected and kept us informed of during as well. When my oldest pet was diagnosed with her 5th cancer results(in the bone this time), they educated me, cared for us, and were supportive when I realized that it was time to let her go. I will never forget or be able to thank them enough for making this as easy as possible on our family and Rhaven. She was my best friend and they treated her with such dignity and when I picked up her ashes , they included footprints to remember her by Love this team and all of their employees. Read Less

Dr. Pullmian and Lavengco took care of my dog for four days after she ate a large amount of grass and had a stomach and intestine blockage. She had to have surgery following the incident. They always treated my husband and I with kindness even after multiple phone calls and visits a day. They explained all procedures to me and answered any questions I had. I absolutely love this animal hospital. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and from the atmosphere to the doctor it is obvious that they care about each pet that enters the doors. Going to the vet can be stressful, but each of my dogs know that they are cared for while in this office. I have been to other vets in town and was not happy. The staff seems to really care about our pup and the other pets visiting. My dog is scared when she goes there (that's where she was fixed) and the staff seems to do their best to put her at ease. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the emergency service I received from Dr. Leslie Stewart at Town Center Animal Hospital. My husky Skyler had managed to stray into a cabinet and swallow around 20 pills containing xylitol that are toxic to dogs. I rushed her in for emergency care and Dr. Stewart took immediate control of the situation and saved my dogs life for which I will be forever grateful. I cannot believe how long it took to purchase dog food from this establishment. My boyfriend and I were literally waiting for 20 minutes and not one of the 4 ladies up front had a clue or cared to try to help. We purchase this same food at the sister store at Montecito, a 25 lb bag. There wasn't a price for that SKU number in the computer and not one of the 4 behind the counter could use their brain to try and come up with a solution. How about call the other store that we always purchase from? That's a novel idea. Instead they try and hike the price up to the level of the 32 pound bag which is absolutely ridiculous. Your labor cost must be absolutely out of control, paying for people to run a business up front that have absolutely no clue.
