I have been taking my four legged kids to the doctors at this facility for over 15 years. That speaks to the quality of care. You should make an appointment but you can do as a walk in. Prices are reasonable despite being a part of the VCA group. The doctor I used all these years is Brian Roehr. He is semi retired and works one day a week. I now see John Lindeman. He is very good and you can talk to him and he's not talking at you. There is a new doctor Kersey Wahlquist. I haven't had the pleasure of her service but I have seen her in the lobby sitting and talking with her patients owners. A trait I very much like. The techs and front staff are professional and very friendly. If you're looking for a new vet I would recommend this facility.

Dr. Wahlquist is amazing eveytime we bring my cat in for a visit. Most recently I had to bring him in to get nearly all his teeth pulled. The doctor is always so good with him and he DOES NOT like going to to to vet. The doctor and her staff made special efforts to make my cat comfortable and relaxed as possible. Thanks to Dr. Wahlquist and Tech my cat is feeling all better and happy.

I LOVE VCA! This was our first visit and the check up was free! Yes, FREE(look online for 1st timer coupon)! We were greeted by a super friendly staff and when we got in the room there was a welcome sign for our pup Chance (look on shelf in picture)! Everyone treated Chance like he was their own. After a through exam the Dr. offered us a short list if items we should have done. There was nothing unexpected on the list and no over selling! The icing on the cake is Chance was having an issue with his backside, leg(s) possible hip injury but non the less he did not like to sit, walk or do any of his usual fun stuff he likes. The doctor checked that area as well and no additional charge. Although we couldn't afford the x-rays Chance received some pain meds and was ordered bed rest for 14 days. The pain meds worked right away and made Chance comfy. We kept him resting and by the time he was done with his meds he seems to be healed. Chance is back to his happy self. We also received a follow up call and couple of days later. Just to see how Chance was. This place is FIRST class all the way!

When I first went in i thought this was a great place the vet was amazing with both of my pets so when my friend found an adorable scared lost puppy that had obviously been lost for quite sometime since he was filthy and starving when she found him.. I told her to take her to this "amazing" vet right down the street to make sure he was microchipped before just keeping him. Big mistake.. She tales the little guy in after getting him cleaned up and fed amd falling totally in love with him trying to do the right thing.. The girl at the front desk tells her there is a microchip and that they have to keep him (should have said that before scanning because when her microchipped pup was found the family who found her was able to foster her until she could get her) and that if the owner did not come claim him they would let my friend come pick him up and give him a loving him home (a bold faced lie since now Penny says they have called a shelter that while they havent had to kill an animal in awhile is still labeled a kill shelter) when i called to ask why this is they tried to say that you arent allowed to give the pet up once you scan it until i told kimberly at the front desk that i know you can since my friends pet was fostered by the people who found her then she quickly changed her story to its just company policy i asked if its a money thing and she assured me that they do not charge to hold a lost amd found pet but i know as soon as the pound picks him up if the owners attempt to claim him they will be charged for him being held or if my friend tries to adopt she will be charged an arm and a leg to adopt since he's young and cute and those traights are expensive there. She tokd me the owner has until monday to pick up their pet but then said that animal control will be there at 7am on monday morning we will be there at 630 with bells on. I think it is ridiculous that an establishment that states it cares about animals would rather one be put into a cage then given a loving home. They kust lost a customer as i will also be picking up the records for my 2 puppies and will no longer be bringing in my new kitten either. If you want someone who actually cares about the animals well being and not "company policy" go somewhere else!!

The vet I saw is now my primary vet. He was so caring and treated my dog like it was his own. He gave me information about my other pets as well. When my dog was scared he comforted him and gave him treats to sit still for shots. My dog was made to feel at home by all members of the staff. When i rushed out of the door and left my paperwork, she kindly sent it in the mail for me. I am so thankful I found this vet through the animal foundation on mojave. I would recommend taking your pet here, it's worth it. Prices were good as well.

Took my 5 year old Maltipoo for grooming and shots after and when he came home he went under the bed and would not come out. I got him out later to take him out for a walk and when I took him out to poop he had blood flowing from his anus so much so his little behind was red with blood. I called the clinic to ask what happened and was told he "expressed his anal glans himself" all over the groomer because he was afraid. What did the B%tch do to him? It looks like she stabbed or squeezed his poor little anus hard. It's bruised and red. My dog has never been afraid of any groomer or veterinarian until I took him to VCA. They did not even ask me to bring him in so they can treat him or to see for themselves all the blood. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG BACK TO THEIR "CLINIC". I WOULD RATHER TAKE HIM TO DEWEY WHICH IS FARTHER AWAY, NOT AS EXPENSIVE AND MORE CARING TO ANIMALS. PREJUDICED, JEALOUS PIGS!!!!

This place is so awesome I took my dog Rocky there to get groom, and I was surprised because I just called only an hour before to see if they will take me as a walk-in. the staff there were really friendly they told me yep no problem bring him in and told me the price and how much it was going to be for everything, and they actually gave me 20% off because it was my first visit there, I was really happy with their service and how they took care my dog.. I sat in a tiny room for an hour past my appointment time without being seen or even having someone come check up on my pup or I. Also while sitting there, you could clearly hear the employees arguing for a solid 10 minutes about a mistake one of them made of overcharging a client. I ended up walking out as I couldn't stand to sit there and stare at the wall another minute. If you want a timely and professional vet, avoid this place.

I had a great experience at VCA this week. I always used a different vet but at the suggestion of the office manager at VCA on Nellis in Las Vegas, I went for a second opinion there. I was greeted with the friendliest faces and was made as comfortable as possible given the circumstances of my 5 month old puppy having hip dysplasia. Doctor Rohr exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and bedside manner while the office manager Penny made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to get me what my puppy needed and set me up with a specialty center. I will now be making them my permanent veterinarian center for my current and future pups. Thanks Guys!

This is the best pet care facility ever! The staff is wonderful and very caring. They are very nice to my dog and to me every time we have been there. The staff is very knowledgeable and always makes sure that I understand what is going on and what to expect for the next visit. Also, the facility is very clean and organized. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to VCA. Today I had the honor of meeting Dt Kersey Wahlquist. My 17 year old cat has been pulling his hair out. The Staff are so friendly. I instantly felt comfortable here. She is a awesome Doctor and we will be bringing our whole clan here as we moved into the neighborhood recently.

When I first went in i thought this was a great place the vet was amazing with both of my pets so when my friend found an adorable scared lost puppy that had obviously been lost for quite sometime since he was filthy and starving when she found him.. I told her to take her to this "amazing" vet right down the street to make sure he was microchipped before just keeping him. Big mistake.. She tales the little guy in after getting him cleaned up and fed amd falling totally in love with him trying to do the right thing.. The girl at the front desk tells her there is a microchip and that they have to keep him (should have said that before scanning because when her microchipped pup was found the family who found her was able to foster her until she could get her) and that if the owner did not come claim him they would let my friend come pick him up and give him a loving him home (a bold faced lie since now Penny says they have called a shelter that while they havent had to kill an animal in awhile is still labeled a kill shelter) when i called to ask why this is they tried to say that you arent allowed to give the pet up once you scan it until i told kimberly at the front desk that i know you can since my friends pet was fostered by the people who found her then she quickly changed her story to its just company policy i asked if its a money thing and she assured me that they do not charge to hold a lost amd found pet but i know as soon as the pound picks him up if the owners attempt to claim him they will be charged for him being held or if my friend tries to adopt she will be charged an arm and a leg to adopt since he's young and cute and those traights are expensive there. She tokd me the owner has until monday to pick up their pet but then said that animal control will be there at 7am on monday morning we will be there at 630 with bells on. I think it is ridiculous that an establishment that states it cares about animals would rather one be put into a cage then given a loving home. They kust lost a customer as i will also be picking up the records for my 2 puppies and will no longer be bringing in my new kitten either. If you want someone who actually cares about the animals well being and not "company policy" go somewhere else!!

I will never go back to this place.

The vet I saw is now my primary vet. He was so caring and treated my dog like it was his own. He gave me information about my other pets as well. When my dog was scared he comforted him and gave him treats to sit still for shots. My dog was made to feel at home by all members of the staff. When i rushed out of the door and left my paperwork, she kindly sent it in the mail for me. I am so thankful I found this vet through the animal foundation on mojave. I would recommend taking your pet here, it's worth it. Prices were good as well.

Took my 5 year old Maltipoo for grooming and shots after and when he came home he went under the bed and would not come out. I got him out later to take him out for a walk and when I took him out to poop he had blood flowing from his anus so much so his little behind was red with blood. I called the clinic to ask what happened and was told he "expressed his anal glans himself" all over the groomer because he was afraid. What did the B%tch do to him? It looks like she stabbed or squeezed his poor little anus hard. It's bruised and red. My dog has never been afraid of any groomer or veterinarian until I took him to VCA. They did not even ask me to bring him in so they can treat him or to see for themselves all the blood. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG BACK TO THEIR "CLINIC". I WOULD RATHER TAKE HIM TO DEWEY WHICH IS FARTHER AWAY, NOT AS EXPENSIVE AND MORE CARING TO ANIMALS. PREJUDICED, JEALOUS PIGS!!!!

This place is so awesome I took my dog Rocky there to get groom, and I was surprised because I just called only an hour before to see if they will take me as a walk-in. the staff there were really friendly they told me yep no problem bring him in and told me the price and how much it was going to be for everything, and they actually gave me 20% off because it was my first visit there, I was really happy with their service and how they took care my dog.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I sat in a tiny room for an hour past my appointment time without being seen or even having someone come check up on my pup or I. Also while sitting there, you could clearly hear the employees arguing for a solid 10 minutes about a mistake one of them made of overcharging a client. I ended up walking out as I couldn't stand to sit there and stare at the wall another minute. If you want a timely and professional vet, avoid this place.

I had a great experience at VCA this week. I always used a different vet but at the suggestion of the office manager at VCA on Nellis in Las Vegas, I went for a second opinion there. I was greeted with the friendliest faces and was made as comfortable as possible given the circumstances of my 5 month old puppy having hip dysplasia. Doctor Rohr exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and bedside manner while the office manager Penny made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to get me what my puppy needed and set me up with a specialty center. I will now be making them my permanent veterinarian center for my current and future pups. Thanks Guys!

This is the best pet care facility ever! The staff is wonderful and very caring. They are very nice to my dog and to me every time we have been there. The staff is very knowledgeable and always makes sure that I understand what is going on and what to expect for the next visit. Also, the facility is very clean and organized. They truly care about the comfort and happiness of the animals!
