Our cat Karl was adopted from the local animal shelter. At the time, we didn't know that he had a liver disease that would eventually become fatal. The people at the animal shelter wouldn't help. We had him for a short period, but bonded with him instantly, he was one of our family. Long story short, he became very ill and we took him to A Plus. The staff was very prompt, polite, and within the first 30 minutes, Karl's blood was sampled, diagnosed, and he was sedated. We had lab results within the first hour of him being admitted. His liver was failing. We decided to have him euthanized at that moment...
I MUST ADMIT, I HAVE NEVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE(At any animal hospital, human hospital, or business for that matter) AS WONDERFUL AS THE STAFF HERE PROVIDES. The hospital staff was extremely helpful and compassionate in our time of loss, which meant a lot to us! But it was only in the period after our loss to which we experienced the caring, thoughtful kindness these great people provided us.
Sometimes the small things in life, are the most wonderful, and the staff had mailed us a sympathy card for our Karl a few weeks after his passing. Personalized and signed by every staff member... Now mind you, that this was the first time ever we had used this hospital. They didnt know us or our Karl, but that card, showed us they really cared. Not too long after that, we got a second card in the mail saying they had made a donation on behalf of Karl to the Arbor Day foundation, and that a tree will be planted and registered in Tahoe National Forest.
Customer service on this kind of level, was truly amazing. Thank you so much guys! Read Less
