Unfortunately, I had to visit this vet office this morning resulting in me having to put down my beloved ferret Xena. Our regular vet was not in, and after much calling around to see who could get me in immediately as an emergency, wound up coming here. There was absolutely no wait. The staff immediately took Xena back to get attention before even getting my information. Before long, the vet came out, gave me her assesment, and recommended the euthanasia. My ferret had been sick for a month with adrenal disease, which is very common and manageable. This whole situation came as a shock to me, and I was left wondering what exactly happened. I am not sure of the supposed old vet with some of the older reviews, but Dr. Weldon was top notch, I really couldn't have asked for more, specially considering the hasty circumstances. And no, this place is not a ripoff. I priced some of the services out with other vets, and this place is even cheaper than my old vet (Klaich), for both the services I got today and future vaccinations for all of my other furry family (not just ferrets). It's a bit of a drive for me, but this is most likely to become my new main vet. Read Less
