I had the most adorable 11 month old Jack Russell Terrier named, Riley. We had just got back from a half a day of fun in the sun. Playing ball, frisbee, and hide and seek (he loved this the most). That day ended with Riley being killed by a hit and run driver. Words can't describe how messed up I've been since that day. I was so distraught and still in shock over losing Riley that I hung up the phone before I did something I might regret later. The next day I called and when the receptionist picked up the phone, I told her who I was and the nature of my call and she immediately responded, "Is this regarding Riley's appointment with us tomorrow?" WTF! At that point I lambasted her for not knowing Riley's circumstances. I was floored when I heard that. All they wanted to do was up the bill. I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. PERIOD.My biggest regret besides losing Riley, I wish he was in better hands. Read Less
