I have rotated through three doctors so far in the brief time I've had my pup, and each doctor I've interacted with has been courteous, concerned, and professional. I never felt rushed, nor have I ever left feeling as though I wasn't sure what I was told or what i need to do to help my dog. The vet techs are all kind, gentle, and seem to truly enjoy their interactions with my puppy. When she's had "accidents" in the waiting room, the reception staff were professional and helped me to clean it up. When my pup needs to be weighed, they try to make it quick since she hates the scale. She's greeted warmly, and gets a few pets, or a tour behind the desk upon entrance. All of this being said, I really do feel as though everyone in that office cares, and loves animals, which I believe is why I am so comfortable going there. I have several photos and videos of my dog in the waiting room, tail wagging, and that's the most important part for me. Read Less
