Dr Reynolds retired, I am sorry to say, but the new Vet and management are keeping his no appointment policy. The big change seems to be credit/debit cards are now accepted.

Saying Good-by to Dr. William Reynolds DVM and hello to Dr. Christina Leone DVM, PhDOn March 29, 2017 we went to doctor Reynolds office to put down our beloved cat Pyewacket whom had been a patient since we first got him as a kitten in July of 2006. Being a household of many critters both great and small; except for the horse and donkey; Dr. Reynolds was our go to vet since 1976. He was a remarkable person with a gentle table side manner that always gave us comfort, and I am sure to the sick and in need animals too.Dr. Reynolds diagnosed Pye with diabetes in early January and we changed his diet and did all we could to keep him stable. Sadly I knew that on March 27th his time had come so we took him for his last visit to the vets. I didn't know that we had just missed Dr. Reynolds as our vet by a couple of days. I was concerned at first as well, I'm old and like cats ... not good with change. This feeling evaporated as we spent time chatting with Dr. Leone and found her to be kind and understanding. She was so gentle with our Pye and I knew his last moments were at the hands of person I could trust and count on. I was with my friend that has lived in the area since 1973 and has always believed in Dr. Reynolds. She said that she knew he would not have put his practice into the hands of someone he didn't have confidence in. Since he was 79 years old and had spoken of retiring for many years I do believe this to be true. So to all of the folks that are missing the good doctor, please know that with our first experience with Dr. Christina Leone; and that being to say good-by to a much loved pet; ... she was wonderful and I know she will carry on with what Dr. Reynolds started so long ago. Thank you Dr. Leone for helping us to deal with Pye's passing, and sending him on to a pain free peaceful place.  Best RegardsMargaret E. Whalen, Family and Friend Susan Read Less

We've relied on Dr. Reynolds, and his incredible staff, for several years. Their skill with our animals (sheep & goats) is a great comfort. They handle house visits as well as walk-ins. They have also been very educational as we learn about the care of our animals. While I have no dog or cat experience with his office, there is always a steady flow of them when we visit. The other patients are thrilled to see a small goat in the waiting room. I highly recommend his office. If my goats had thumbs they would give him two thumbs up! Read Less

I (not so) recently found this vet through a recommendation of one of my employees. Dr R has the best "bedside" manor of any vet I have ever met. After coming from a vet that loved to insult me and my dog it was refreshing change. A few days ago he had to tell me that my wonderful 8 y.o Aussie had some tumors (cancerous until proven otherwise)  and while standing in a busy office  made enough chatter that I felt better about Onyx and our situation. Not bad considered I was crying hysterically. He planned out a course of action that made me feel like his only client. Although I felt closer to him knowing he also did large animal vet, and if necessary I could call him for my horse, Kelly. He has open hours 1-3 pm on weekdays. I don't tell you this so that you clog his waiting room with your furry friends, but I tell you in the way a pet parent tells a pet parent, when you are looking for help... You need Dr Reynolds.
