Godsend I meant to post this on Yelp In December, sorry for the delay. Our dog was bathed at Petsmart the week before Christmas. Our dog had been going to Petsmart for 8 years, since he was a puppy. He has sensitive skin, no cologne was to be used on him. What we didn't know, the individual who grooms our dog, wasn't in that day. They'd called, but I thought it was to confirm his appointment. When I got there, our groomer didn't come out as usual, I mentioned who Harley was there for, no one told me she wasn't there. When I picked up our dog and left the tip, mentioning her name again, no one informed me she wasn't there. The day after our dog was bathed, I noticed some of his hair around the house. The following day, I noticed more, a lot more and he wouldn't let me touch him. I called Petsmart to find out what they'd used on our dog. While I was on hold with the store, waiting to find out what they used, I was disconnected (there phone system hangs up on you when they close)! I called the following day, spoke with a manager. He arranged for me to bring Harley in to Banfield's Vetenarian. I took his hair with me so they could see what was going on, the tech said she didn't need it. I should of just brought Harley back home, right then. They informed me that Harley had fleas, I bought their medication just as a precaution. While there, I stopped in and saw our groomer. Told her what they said, she agreed with me that Harley, didn't have fleas, that's when I was informed that she wasn't in that day. The following day, Harley's appetite was off, he wasn't eating his normal amount of food. That's when I googled for a vetenarian's office still opened in our area. Thank GOD, you were Open. Harley had an infection in his tail and rear leg. The staff was so NICE and COMPASSIONATE, Harley wasn't nervous with them. He was wagging his tail as they were clearing the hair from the infected areas. We are so relieved that we found a Veterinarian's Office that took him so quickly and properly treated him. Thank you so much for all that you did for our dog, as he is part of our family.

Had my dog spayed here last week (laser procedure) and the only issue we had with her is that she felt too good too quickly and wanted to play more than she should during the first few days when she really needed to rest and heal. Scar is small and healing very well. The vet also called us to check in after a couple of days and answered all our questions.

Very compassionate knowledgeable and have the equipment to properly diagnose and help diagnosis. I have 11-year-old corgi and to try to get a urine sample from a female dog that's quite low to the ground is very hard. They're able to use an ultrasound in most cases to get a sample to check kidney function fantastic just that . Dr. Rafferty is the most knowledgeable veterinarian I've met through my years of owning dogs and does not do any unnecessary test or procedures if she feels it's not necessary keeping the cost manageable.

I have been taking my dog to Greenfields since I moved to West Deptford 6 years ago. I have to say that I have never been happier and more grateful to have found such a compassionate group of doctors and staff. They have been very good to me and my beloved boy Elvis. Elvis was a Chihuahua mix and had been suffering from kidney failure. He was almost 16 years old when it was time for him to leave us for that Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Pitt was on call that evening and he was so caring and kind to me and my family. The techs and staff were just as kind. My boy passed while in my arms wrapped in his favorite blanket. I had no ideal what to expect but it seemed as though my baby just fell asleep and very peacefully with his head resting on my shoulder. I am so grateful to Dr. Pitt for making it easy on my boy. Dr. Pitt was even concerned for us driving home because my daughters and I were a mess. He also called a few days later and left such a nice message expressing his sympathy and letting me know that if I needed to talk to feel free to call him. As soon as I recover from my loss a little bit, I will return his call to thank him. The office also sent me a sympathy card with a beautiful poem and footprints of my boy. Elvis was my first pet and I raised him from a pup. I miss him terribly but I hope to rescue another dog in the future and when I do, I will be bringing him to Greenfields for all of his care. Thank you Greenfields for taking such good care of the love of my life.

I had a cancer scare with my 10 year old cat a few months ago and Greenfields couldn't have handled it better. The vet called me several times, each step along the way. They took care of my girl Chloe -- as much as she hates vets, she was oddly at ease. I'd taken her to 3+ vets asking about a black buildup in her ears. Each vet assured me it was nothing. Greenfields immediately knew it was a yeast infection. I gave her drops for 2 weeks -- clean ears since!If you need a vet in the area, don't hesitate.

Thank you to the staff at Greenfields for seeing my dog and I while we were visiting family! Before I moved away from the area, I had taken my previous pup to this hospital and had been treated with excellent care for years. My current dog had some issues that I felt couldn't wait until after the holiday, and the staff were able to get me an appointment the next day. We were in and out in a short time and Opal was given compliments galore. Very happy we didn't have to wait until getting back, and even happier with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff! These folks are amazing! I took my kitten to be spayed in November. Every person in the office is knowledgeable and so friendly. They were more than willing to answer all my crazy questions and address all my concerns without making me feel silly or over bearing. I felt so comfortable leaving Dutchess in their care. Her incision was beautiful and closed with surgiglue making my life much easier not needing to schedule a follow up to have staples removed. Life long patient here for sure!

We thank them for that. The Staff of Greenfields has taken care of Mollie for 15 years and has kept her healthy and happy for all that time. They were always available and quick to return calls. Greenfields is a wonderful provider of health crare for our pets in the area.

My dogs have been going for 8+ yrs. Pros: They are great handling the dogs, they definately know what they are doing, they don't over treat or try to sell extra services or products..ect, scheduling is always easy and the wait time is limited, their office hrs are really great tooMy dogs have been seen for regular checks, and my one had a skin/food allergy. They were able to diagnose quickly so I wasn't constantly going there for more tests, meds trying to find the problemMAJOR PRO: the docs are never too busy to call you back and take the time to listen and explain things. And they call and follow up personally with study and tests.Con they are pricey, maybe a little more than the vet down the road, but again, they know what their doing and I'm confident my dogs are really get great care.

We have been a part of Greenfields since 1989. Over the years they have been the vet for three dogs and four cats. They've handled emergencies, e.g., dog at raw chicken to ingesting foreign bodies to euthanasia when the time was right and for wellness care. They are responsive, honest, caring, and open to discussions about charges on bills. We trust our pets' care to them without reservation. If you ever have a problem ask to speak to Dr. Beyer, the owner. However, all the doctors are wonderful and you can tell they truly care about animals.

Yesterday our big guy started throwing up like crazy for what was seemingly no reason! We searched for vets near us and Greenfield's came up first so we called! They said to bring him right in! Mind u, he has never been there before yesterday and they didn't hesitate to take him at 8:30pm when they close at 9! Everyone was awesome and our guy was dehydrated so he got to spend the night with them and catch some R&R and some IV fluids! Picked him up today and he is good as new! Such a great experience! I've been going here for years. Not all the doctors are the same, but when you get the right one they take care of you and your pet very well. I used to live around the corner, but since moved to DE and still drive here for vet care. I feel they miss things when it comes to cancer/ moles, but for fairly routine care, and some emergency surgeries, they are great and really try to work with you to only get what your animal needs.

Love this place took such great care of my family and our dog Sammy when it came time to put him down :( he was very sick and just very old we knew it was time the doctors and staff made it such an amazing experience considering how hard it was they were compassionate and sympathetic to what we were going through they made Sammy and Us Very comfortable. We now have a 6 month old Labrador retriever who we take to Greenfield's and we would never go anywhere else the staff is just truly amazing I refer people there all the time keep up the great work!

I never write reviews but after going to Greenfield this week, I thought i should! After moving to Gibbstown a few years ago, I needed to find a veterinarian for my dog. Greenfield was an option with great hours, so I gave them a shot. I feel my dog is getting the best care possible from this practice. Everyone is friendly and the doctors/tech assistants constantly demonstrate compassion and a true love for animals. My dog had some minor issues the past couple years and needed to stay overnight once for GI sensitivities. Greenfield patiently listens to all my questions and has provided a good solution that works well for my dog's situation. I always feel she is in good hands there.

In the 90's I used to live in the area and I brought my cats there. The last time I brought my cat there, she supposedly jumped down off the table and bit the leg of the table which caused half of the teeth on one side of her mouth to be broken off. I've always believed that was a lie. She was the nicest, most harmless cat ever and she would never do something like that and she had been to this vet many times before. I also believed they lied because if she bit the leg of the table, the teeth in the front of her mouth would have been damaged, not just the teeth on one side of her mouth. To me it looked like they had her on the table and they had some sort of device that fell onto the side of her mouth as she was being held on the table. I don't know if lying is still a practice of theirs, but this is one establishment that should have had their license revoked years ago.

I switched to Greenfields just last week and Dr. Beyer saw my doxie for a well check and to look at a hot spot back by his tail. She spent a full half hour with me going over his health status (excellent for his age-almost 10), prescribed an allergy medication which stopped his itching within 24 hours and answered all of my questions completely and thoughtfully. I just now received a follow-up call from Dr. Beyer to see how he was responding to the medication. I never had that type of compassion and thoughtfulness from my previous vet. Thank you!

The staff was very kind and supportive to me and my newly adopted animal through our very brief journey together. The technicians always handled her with care, and the veterinarians themselves were very knowledgeable. I can't say that I had any negative experiences with the office, thought I have switched vets since my pet has passed as this practice is on the expensive side. Though the price makes sense when you factor in the cozy and comfortable environment they provide. They supply a Keurig machine with K-cups and all the necessary supplies, as well as a great spacious waiting room with comfy seating. That certainly is not something I can say for other vet offices I have visited.

We recently adopted a cat from the local animal shelter. As part of the agreement, we took her to Greenfields as we were pretty happy with their treatment of our three other animals. My wife stated that the visit was short and the veterinarian did not take much time to look at her. Two weeks after her visit we discovered that she had a large spot which was consistent with ringworm. Our visit was today and it happened to be with the same veterinarian. She was not of much help to us and confirmed what our initial thoughts were. She tried to talk us into spending $127 to be sure it was ringworm. Then she stated that the treatment needed was not there and had to be ordered from a pharmacy a few minutes away. They refused to do much pricewise despite the fact that this same vet missed the initial diagnosis. The manager of Greenfield's should not even have such a title. She was extremely rude and condescending towards my wife over the phone. On multiple occasions she talked to her in ways that implied she thought we were not educated. She also told her why did we think that the vet fee should not apply. It was a circular argument. Needless to say, we will be taking our 4 pets to a different vet from now on. We do not want a place that is tasked to ensure our animals health to only be concerned with the business aspect of it. It also goes without saying that as paying customers we want to be treated with respect and deal with a manager who is aware of what the definition of customer service is.

I have been taking my cats to Greenfields for about 4 years. Dr. Beyer is one of the best vets I've ever met: She's kooky, and attentive, and talks to my cats throughout the exam. She never makes you feel rushed through the appointment. I have a cat who thinks he's at the spa with Dr. Beyer. She gives him a full out rub down as she checks his organs and such and he just rolls around like he's getting a professional massage. And, as a fellow cat talker, she doesn't make you feel crazy that you love your pets more than ... well.. most people in the world. The other staff (front desk and vet techs) are fantastic! They also don't rush you and are always polite. The office itself is warm and inviting. There is even a fireplace in the waiting area and complimentary coffee. It almost feels like I'm bringing my cats to a friend's house. Greenfields changes their decorations with the seasons and holidays. It doesn't feel clinical and bleached out. I wish my doctor offices felt like this! Lucky cats.

I've always had a great experience at Greenfields. Until I saw Yasmin Mahmood. I felt as though she was a salesperson, not actually caring about what I wanted, just about making money. When I told her I wanted to hold off on one thing, she was visibly annoyed. Mind you, I did not say NO to what she was offering, I specifically said I wanted to hold off until the next appt (which would've been in a month.) She proceeded to speak condescendingly the rest of the visit. Finally, to my surprise, she added a prepaid service onto the bill without even asking me. I found out when I went to the counter to pay. Judging from her attitude after I told her I wanted to hold off, it seemed as if adding an extra service to the bill was a form of retaliation.I left there feeling extremely manipulated. That will unfortunately be the last time at Greenfields for both my pets.Sidenote* She took my cat in the back to draw blood. He screamed three times - Louder than I've ever heard before. Very disappointing.

Really greyhound savvy! I've vet hopped for years and am very particular about my babies care and do not hesitate to walk out and never look back if I'm a little upset. I'm someone who second guesses and researches everything I am told. Basically a vet's nightmare client!We've been seeing Dr Beyer for a couple years now and her bedside manner is excellent! She answers all of my crazy questions and never makes me feel stupid for asking her opinion on something. Her knowledge of greyhounds is amazing. Even my shy little girl, doesn't shake when she's being examined. We drive 40 minutes to this vet office passing over have a dozen other places.I've taken countless foster dogs here and even one that needed surgery. This dog needed to have both of her eyes removed. Dr Beyer completed the surgery and all of the staff at Greenfields were excellent at keeping me, and the rescue group, advised every step of the way. I was very impressed at the lack of swelling and oozing at the site of the stitches. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience for us all, ended up being very positive and calm. We've never had unnecessary vaccines pushed on us. We've never been advised to have unnecessary dentals. We've never had unnecessary test pushed on us. We are not berated for feeding a prey model diet. As crazy as it sounds, I actually look forward to going to the vet! I know my animals are going to have a positive experience and that I am not going to leave angry.

Godsend I meant to post this on Yelp In December, sorry for the delay. Our dog was bathed at Petsmart the week before Christmas. Our dog had been going to Petsmart for 8 years, since he was a puppy. He has sensitive skin, no cologne was to be used on him. What we didn't know, the individual who grooms our dog, wasn't in that day. They'd called, but I thought it was to confirm his appointment. When I got there, our groomer didn't come out as usual, I mentioned who Harley was there for, no one told me she wasn't there. When I picked up our dog and left the tip, mentioning her name again, no one informed me she wasn't there. The day after our dog was bathed, I noticed some of his hair around the house. The following day, I noticed more, a lot more and he wouldn't let me touch him. I called Petsmart to find out what they'd used on our dog. While I was on hold with the store, waiting to find out what they used, I was disconnected (there phone system hangs up on you when they close)! I called the following day, spoke with a manager. He arranged for me to bring Harley in to Banfield's Vetenarian. I took his hair with me so they could see what was going on, the tech said she didn't need it. I should of just brought Harley back home, right then. They informed me that Harley had fleas, I bought their medication just as a precaution. While there, I stopped in and saw our groomer. Told her what they said, she agreed with me that Harley, didn't have fleas, that's when I was informed that she wasn't in that day. The following day, Harley's appetite was off, he wasn't eating his normal amount of food. That's when I googled for a vetenarian's office still opened in our area. Thank GOD, you were Open. Harley had an infection in his tail and rear leg. The staff was so NICE and COMPASSIONATE, Harley wasn't nervous with them. He was wagging his tail as they were clearing the hair from the infected areas. We are so relieved that we found a Veterinarian's Office that took him so quickly and properly treated him. Thank you so much for all that you did for our dog, as he is part of our family.

Dr's are very good. Front office always on point. And they're very gentle with the animals. The best we have dealt with for our pets. And we have gone through about 4 others before settling on them.

Love the staff here. We've been bringing our cats here for nearly 30 years. Dr. White has been really great recently with our older cat and her thyroid problem. And Dr Beyer is just wonderful.

Had my dog spayed here last week (laser procedure) and the only issue we had with her is that she felt too good too quickly and wanted to play more than she should during the first few days when she really needed to rest and heal. Scar is small and healing very well. The vet also called us to check in after a couple of days and answered all our questions.

Very compassionate knowledgeable and have the equipment to properly diagnose and help diagnosis. I have 11-year-old corgi and to try to get a urine sample from a female dog that's quite low to the ground is very hard. They're able to use an ultrasound in most cases to get a sample to check kidney function fantastic just that . Dr. Rafferty is the most knowledgeable veterinarian I've met through my years of owning dogs and does not do any unnecessary test or procedures if she feels it's not necessary keeping the cost manageable.

I have been taking my dog to Greenfields since I moved to West Deptford 6 years ago. I have to say that I have never been happier and more grateful to have found such a compassionate group of doctors and staff. They have been very good to me and my beloved boy Elvis. Elvis was a Chihuahua mix and had been suffering from kidney failure. He was almost 16 years old when it was time for him to leave us for that Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Pitt was on call that evening and he was so caring and kind to me and my family. The techs and staff were just as kind. My boy passed while in my arms wrapped in his favorite blanket. I had no ideal what to expect but it seemed as though my baby just fell asleep and very peacefully with his head resting on my shoulder. I am so grateful to Dr. Pitt for making it easy on my boy. Dr. Pitt was even concerned for us driving home because my daughters and I were a mess. He also called a few days later and left such a nice message expressing his sympathy and letting me know that if I needed to talk to feel free to call him. As soon as I recover from my loss a little bit, I will return his call to thank him. The office also sent me a sympathy card with a beautiful poem and footprints of my boy. Elvis was my first pet and I raised him from a pup. I miss him terribly but I hope to rescue another dog in the future and when I do, I will be bringing him to Greenfields for all of his care. Thank you Greenfields for taking such good care of the love of my life.

I had a cancer scare with my 10 year old cat a few months ago and Greenfields couldn't have handled it better. The vet called me several times, each step along the way. They took care of my girl Chloe -- as much as she hates vets, she was oddly at ease. I'd taken her to 3+ vets asking about a black buildup in her ears. Each vet assured me it was nothing. Greenfields immediately knew it was a yeast infection. I gave her drops for 2 weeks -- clean ears since!If you need a vet in the area, don't hesitate.

Thank you to the staff at Greenfields for seeing my dog and I while we were visiting family! Before I moved away from the area, I had taken my previous pup to this hospital and had been treated with excellent care for years. My current dog had some issues that I felt couldn't wait until after the holiday, and the staff were able to get me an appointment the next day. We were in and out in a short time and Opal was given compliments galore. Very happy we didn't have to wait until getting back, and even happier with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff! Thank you!

These folks are amazing! I took my kitten to be spayed in November. Every person in the office is knowledgeable and so friendly. They were more than willing to answer all my crazy questions and address all my concerns without making me feel silly or over bearing. I felt so comfortable leaving Dutchess in their care. Her incision was beautiful and closed with surgiglue making my life much easier not needing to schedule a follow up to have staples removed. Life long patient here for sure!

They follow up with each patient. In this day that's unheard of. Expertise, compassion and tremendous customer service makes Greenfield's one of the best choices around. Two paws up!!

On October 24th it was a very sad day for our family. We had to say goodbye to our Mollie who we had for over 15 years. Dr Lafferty and staff did all they could to make that easy for our family . We thank them for that. The Staff of Greenfields has taken care of Mollie for 15 years and has kept her healthy and happy for all that time. They were always available and quick to return calls. Greenfields is a wonderful provider of health crare for our pets in the area.

My dogs have been going for 8+ yrs. Pros: They are great handling the dogs, they definately know what they are doing, they don't over treat or try to sell extra services or products..ect, scheduling is always easy and the wait time is limited, their office hrs are really great tooMy dogs have been seen for regular checks, and my one had a skin/food allergy. They were able to diagnose quickly so I wasn't constantly going there for more tests, meds trying to find the problemMAJOR PRO: the docs are never too busy to call you back and take the time to listen and explain things. And they call and follow up personally with study and tests.Con they are pricey, maybe a little more than the vet down the road, but again, they know what their doing and I'm confident my dogs are really get great care.

We have been a part of Greenfields since 1989. Over the years they have been the vet for three dogs and four cats. They've handled emergencies, e.g., dog at raw chicken to ingesting foreign bodies to euthanasia when the time was right and for wellness care. They are responsive, honest, caring, and open to discussions about charges on bills. We trust our pets' care to them without reservation. If you ever have a problem ask to speak to Dr. Beyer, the owner. However, all the doctors are wonderful and you can tell they truly care about animals.

Yesterday our big guy started throwing up like crazy for what was seemingly no reason! We searched for vets near us and Greenfield's came up first so we called! They said to bring him right in! Mind u, he has never been there before yesterday and they didn't hesitate to take him at 8:30pm when they close at 9! Everyone was awesome and our guy was dehydrated so he got to spend the night with them and catch some R&R and some IV fluids! Picked him up today and he is good as new! Such a great experience! I would recommend them to anyone and we have found our new veterinarians! Thanks everyone! Love Chip

I've been going here for years. Not all the doctors are the same, but when you get the right one they take care of you and your pet very well. I used to live around the corner, but since moved to DE and still drive here for vet care. I feel they miss things when it comes to cancer/ moles, but for fairly routine care, and some emergency surgeries, they are great and really try to work with you to only get what your animal needs.

Love this place took such great care of my family and our dog Sammy when it came time to put him down :( he was very sick and just very old we knew it was time the doctors and staff made it such an amazing experience considering how hard it was they were compassionate and sympathetic to what we were going through they made Sammy and Us Very comfortable. We now have a 6 month old Labrador retriever who we take to Greenfield's and we would never go anywhere else the staff is just truly amazing I refer people there all the time keep up the great work!

I never write reviews but after going to Greenfield this week, I thought i should! After moving to Gibbstown a few years ago, I needed to find a veterinarian for my dog. Greenfield was an option with great hours, so I gave them a shot. I feel my dog is getting the best care possible from this practice. Everyone is friendly and the doctors/tech assistants constantly demonstrate compassion and a true love for animals. My dog had some minor issues the past couple years and needed to stay overnight once for GI sensitivities. Greenfield patiently listens to all my questions and has provided a good solution that works well for my dog's situation. I always feel she is in good hands there.

In the 90's I used to live in the area and I brought my cats there. The last time I brought my cat there, she supposedly jumped down off the table and bit the leg of the table which caused half of the teeth on one side of her mouth to be broken off. I've always believed that was a lie. She was the nicest, most harmless cat ever and she would never do something like that and she had been to this vet many times before. I also believed they lied because if she bit the leg of the table, the teeth in the front of her mouth would have been damaged, not just the teeth on one side of her mouth. To me it looked like they had her on the table and they had some sort of device that fell onto the side of her mouth as she was being held on the table. I don't know if lying is still a practice of theirs, but this is one establishment that should have had their license revoked years ago.

I switched to Greenfields just last week and Dr. Beyer saw my doxie for a well check and to look at a hot spot back by his tail. She spent a full half hour with me going over his health status (excellent for his age-almost 10), prescribed an allergy medication which stopped his itching within 24 hours and answered all of my questions completely and thoughtfully. I just now received a follow-up call from Dr. Beyer to see how he was responding to the medication. I never had that type of compassion and thoughtfulness from my previous vet. Thank you!

The staff was very kind and supportive to me and my newly adopted animal through our very brief journey together. The technicians always handled her with care, and the veterinarians themselves were very knowledgeable. I can't say that I had any negative experiences with the office, thought I have switched vets since my pet has passed as this practice is on the expensive side. Though the price makes sense when you factor in the cozy and comfortable environment they provide. They supply a Keurig machine with K-cups and all the necessary supplies, as well as a great spacious waiting room with comfy seating. That certainly is not something I can say for other vet offices I have visited.

We recently adopted a cat from the local animal shelter. As part of the agreement, we took her to Greenfields as we were pretty happy with their treatment of our three other animals. My wife stated that the visit was short and the veterinarian did not take much time to look at her. Two weeks after her visit we discovered that she had a large spot which was consistent with ringworm. Our visit was today and it happened to be with the same veterinarian. She was not of much help to us and confirmed what our initial thoughts were. She tried to talk us into spending $127 to be sure it was ringworm. Then she stated that the treatment needed was not there and had to be ordered from a pharmacy a few minutes away. They refused to do much pricewise despite the fact that this same vet missed the initial diagnosis. The manager of Greenfield's should not even have such a title. She was extremely rude and condescending towards my wife over the phone. On multiple occasions she talked to her in ways that implied she thought we were not educated. She also told her why did we think that the vet fee should not apply. It was a circular argument. Needless to say, we will be taking our 4 pets to a different vet from now on. We do not want a place that is tasked to ensure our animals health to only be concerned with the business aspect of it. It also goes without saying that as paying customers we want to be treated with respect and deal with a manager who is aware of what the definition of customer service is.

I have been taking my cats to Greenfields for about 4 years. Dr. Beyer is one of the best vets I've ever met: She's kooky, and attentive, and talks to my cats throughout the exam. She never makes you feel rushed through the appointment. I have a cat who thinks he's at the spa with Dr. Beyer. She gives him a full out rub down as she checks his organs and such and he just rolls around like he's getting a professional massage. And, as a fellow cat talker, she doesn't make you feel crazy that you love your pets more than ... well.. most people in the world. The other staff (front desk and vet techs) are fantastic! They also don't rush you and are always polite. The office itself is warm and inviting. There is even a fireplace in the waiting area and complimentary coffee. It almost feels like I'm bringing my cats to a friend's house. Greenfields changes their decorations with the seasons and holidays. It doesn't feel clinical and bleached out. I wish my doctor offices felt like this! Lucky cats.

I've always had a great experience at Greenfields. Until I saw Yasmin Mahmood. I felt as though she was a salesperson, not actually caring about what I wanted, just about making money. When I told her I wanted to hold off on one thing, she was visibly annoyed. Mind you, I did not say NO to what she was offering, I specifically said I wanted to hold off until the next appt (which would've been in a month.) She proceeded to speak condescendingly the rest of the visit. Finally, to my surprise, she added a prepaid service onto the bill without even asking me. I found out when I went to the counter to pay. Judging from her attitude after I told her I wanted to hold off, it seemed as if adding an extra service to the bill was a form of retaliation.I left there feeling extremely manipulated. That will unfortunately be the last time at Greenfields for both my pets.Sidenote* She took my cat in the back to draw blood. He screamed three times - Louder than I've ever heard before. Very disappointing.

Really greyhound savvy! I've vet hopped for years and am very particular about my babies care and do not hesitate to walk out and never look back if I'm a little upset. I'm someone who second guesses and researches everything I am told. Basically a vet's nightmare client!We've been seeing Dr Beyer for a couple years now and her bedside manner is excellent! She answers all of my crazy questions and never makes me feel stupid for asking her opinion on something. Her knowledge of greyhounds is amazing. Even my shy little girl, doesn't shake when she's being examined. We drive 40 minutes to this vet office passing over have a dozen other places.I've taken countless foster dogs here and even one that needed surgery. This dog needed to have both of her eyes removed. Dr Beyer completed the surgery and all of the staff at Greenfields were excellent at keeping me, and the rescue group, advised every step of the way. I was very impressed at the lack of swelling and oozing at the site of the stitches. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience for us all, ended up being very positive and calm. We've never had unnecessary vaccines pushed on us. We've never been advised to have unnecessary dentals. We've never had unnecessary test pushed on us. We are not berated for feeding a prey model diet. As crazy as it sounds, I actually look forward to going to the vet! I know my animals are going to have a positive experience and that I am not going to leave angry.
