Don't take your pet here! I went there for many years and all of a sudden they refuse to see me as a client with no explanation! I am a big animal lover and have had many pets over the years and have recommended them to many people. I have had financial difficulties the past few years and have not been able to keep up with yearly visits but still love my animals like they are my children and now when I need them they won't see me!! Came here with an emergency expected a huge bill like other places, nope normal charge for a visit. Under $70 I couldn’t believe it any other place would have been close to $500. I have been taking my pets there since 1986 & every time I go, every person, from the girls who make the appointments, in take & check out, the vet technicians who ask the reason for our visit, to the actual vet doctors themselves- treat me & my fur babies with such care & outstanding service!  I always leave there feeling much better & more knowledgeable than when we went in. They also check up in a few days to see how my pet is after their illness visit !  THEY CARE !!Needless to say we have had many fur babies since 1986 & from beginning to end, we are so very happy with all of their services & compassion to my kitties needs. Even through extremely tough times, the doctors take the time to mail a sympathy card in our time of loss. They take same day urgent appointments & have convenient hours. Evesham is a great vet. The facilities could certainly use a face-lift, but their prices are very reasonable compared to other vets in the area. We've never had a problem with their services and we've taken MANY dogs there. As long as you aren't expecting state-of-the-art facilities, you won't be disappointed. Dr. Bell and his staff are exceptional in every way. This is the place to take your cat or dog for honest, compassionate care. I've been going here with my fur babies since 1986 and highly recommend- thanks very much to Laura and her crew @ the front desk too.We went there today to put our beautiful Persian "Priscilla " down after realizing that her cancer had gotten the best of her. I called at 11:00am and had an appointment for 3:15pm. There were earlier times available but we chose the later one. ICYDK: this Clinic has mad hours- Laura instructed us to call from the parking lot so they could rush us straight into an exam room without having to wait. They gave us 8 minutes with our furry friend to settle in. Laura came in to confirm our wishes, quickly settling the financial matters in the privacy of the room.Our Vet and Vet tech were kind and professional- our cat had the inside of her leg shaved before she knew what was happening- the needle was in and she was instantly gone without discomfort or a sound. We were so grateful to be shown a back way out, crying, we didn't have to be seen in that condition by others and were back in our car to have some privacy. Read Less

We just moved to the area and needed a new Vet. First impression walking in was the lack of cleanliness and disorganized front staff. Everyone was talking to different patients at the same time. The vet techs were very nice and handled our dog with care. Then when we met  Dr Moreno, we were not impressed. Being that it was our first visit at the facility, we were not happy because it seemed like the Dr was rushing us and didn't ask us about our dogs history and why he was on some medications. This is my family's regular vet but we got to visit while we were home a few weeks ago because one of my dad's dogs had a raging ear infection in both ears and we were the only ones available to take her. The vet clinic is fairly conveniently located right on Rt. 73 and it has a big private lot right off the building. Very convenient. It is also very large for a vet clinic. I couldn't see exactly but I would bet there were five or six exam rooms and there were a number of vets and assistants floating around on the afternoon we visited.Objectively and as an outsider, I was a bit torn. On one hand, they did the job. But on the other hand, I was not terribly impressed at the same time. On the plus side, they kindly fit us in for an emergency unscheduled appointment. But upon arrival at the time that they gave us, we waited a good 20 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 in the exam room before we saw the doctor. I realize, to be fair, that it was an emergency and unscheduled visit. But given that I didn't call until something like 1 in the afternoon and the appointment was at 3, I kind of felt like they should be able to better predict when someone would be free and schedule us in accordingly. But I did obviously very much appreciate that they fit us in period. In addition, they were a bit disorganized at the front desk. It's not that the staff was unfriendly. But there was kind of a lack of process. On both the check in and check out process, there seemed to be no rush to help us despite the fact that there were three or four people at the desk. The doctor we saw was proficient but was not terribly friendly and did not spend very much time both examining the dog or explaining things to us. But again I'm torn. He diagnosed and treated it correctly. But I just didn't like him very much.So I guess I'm settling straight down the middle. Clearly this clinic can take care of dogs and help them with medical ailments. But at the same time, I didn't love it and felt a tad bit uncomfortable there. I want to thank Dr. Charles Bell, 3 years ago I rescued Winfield now known as Wynter. He was a gift for my husbands birthday. We had lost our 10 year old Bulldog and we were going through some sad times. Which by the way was also a rescue. When we acquired Wynter we were told he been cured of hook worms, well treatment was not completed. Had taken him to a different vet and after 3 days of hospitalization was told, I had to put him down. I refused to give up on him and was referred by a friend to visit Dr. Bell. Right away he knew what was wrong, treated him and said within a week he will be fine, this puppy was bleeding profusely every time he pooped. Dr. Bell saved his life! Now 4 years old, I drive to Evesham, than go to the local vet in Columbus to treat my fur baby, and added bonus the staff is very efficient and friendly. Read Less

I love coming here! Before this I was going to another vet clinic, but left due to unfriendly staff. Evesham Veterinary Clinic is so much better! They're friendly from the front desk to the back, and they're very fast! The longest I wait here is 5 - 10 minutes max for our appointment. The veterinarian is highly knowledgeable, calm, and doesn't push anything. I once took my dog here when she was sick with giardia. The meds they gave cleared her right up and she was well again. Their prices aren't bad either compared to the other vet I was going to. Overall, great veterinarian clinic! I'll be bringing our pets here from now on! Read Less

My puppy, Remi, was spayed on Tuesday at Evesham. The spay went beautifully and the recovery has been incredible so far, only issue is she's had a bit of urgency and frequency of urination (totally normal, given how small she is - 7.4 lbs.) Dr. Iannone took such great care, was so thorough and reassuring and triple checked to make sure that nothing abnormal was happening when we went for a follow-up today. Additionally, they refunded the money that Mt. Laurel Animal Hospital charged me after insisting on seeing Remi on Wednesday night (a day after the surgery) making my boyfriend and me unnecessarily alarmed about what turned out to be a minor urinary issue, typical after a spay surgery. You can see their Yelp page for the full details of my awful experience, but Dr. Iannone at Evesham was absolutely fantastic and expressed her sincerest apologies for my experience and completely turned things around in terms of reassuring me about my puppy's well being. Amazing vet clinic. Super friendly staff, even when they had a line of people and pets waiting. The doctors were all so sweet. We had a cat emergency and they saw him the same day, after they had technically closed, because "if a patient is sick, we will see them. Come on in." The doctor gave him a shot and some medicine for the nausea, and said to come back in 24hrs if there was no improvement. By Wednesday our cat still wasn't eating so I called and we went in again. We saw a different but equally patient and caring doctor who did an x-ray and gave us options. We chose to have our cat stay overnight with an IV to get his strength back up while they did blood tests. The tests didn't pull up anything unusual, but our normally-friendly and sweet cat was getting "feisty" to quote the vet. That meant his strength was coming back. They had me call to check every few hours, and I got a full report each time. When I went to pick him up I was dreading the bill for all the tests, medications, and hospital stay. I was pleasantly shocked it was about a quarter of what I expected to pay!! This is one of the best vet practices I have ever been to - because they genuinely care about you and your pets. And you're not paying for a fancy new facility or any unnecessary office gadgets. You're paying for the top-notch care your pet is receiving. I only wish I had vets like this in some other states I've lived in before. We are so fortunate to be around the corner from such a great facility! Read Less

We've been bringing our cats and dogs here for nearly 12 years. The staff has always been pleasant. They are very polite on the phone and in person. I have seen every vet in the practice and although I have my favorites, I think all are competent. I have found them to be caring and sympathetic. In addition, I feel they are conservative and practical in their treatment. In other words, they will do right by your pet but they do not start off with the most expensive treatments. My experience here has been nothing but the best. We got my first dog, Ruffles, when I was 12 years old, and they were his main vet for the majority of the 13 1/2 years he was a part of our family. We always received nothing but the best care. The staff here absolutely loved Ruffles and always gave him lots of pets. Anytime a problem arose overnight (ear infection, skin allergy), they always got us in the very next morning. When he became extremely ill I was told to go to an emergency vet because their technology would be able better to diagnose him. After finding out how costly it was I came back here for a diagnosis instead, and they were effectively able to do so. They were all extremely caring when I received the heart breaking news my baby boy had cancer. Over the course of a couple weeks I was in constant contact with them asking them questions. When the time came to end my dog's suffering, they were extremely understanding, and made the process so much easier. They even made a paw print mold for me. It was by far the hardest thing I'd ever had to do. To my surprise I received a card in the mail from the staff, offering some kind words in regards to having to say goodbye to my dog of 13 1/2 years. I will never forget that kind gesture. A little while after I came into the office with the new family dog. They were excited to see me again and fell just as much in love with our new family member as they did our old, beloved one. They remember him every visit and any techs/assistants passing by the room stop in to pet him, just like they did with Ruffles. When I signed my dog up for doggie day camp and PetsMart needed verification that my dog was up-to-date on his shots, the rep over the phone told me she called the vet and they told her he was very loved at the clinic by all of them. They remembered him already even though he had only been there twice. When I come in for a visit I usually ask to see Dr. Bell. He's always been the best and has always listened to my concerns without trying to get me out the door so he can get to his next appointment. There is another male veterinarian at this clinic that I usually don't like seeing, I just don't know his name. Considering pets are just as much a part of the family as any other member, it's re-assuring to come into a place that understands these aren't just animals, they're family members. The staff here makes an effort to get to know each one that walks in the door, they stop in the evaluation room to say, "Hi" even if they're not the ones that are going to be helping you, and they love your pet just as much as you do. Coming here I genuinely feel like the staff truly cares about the well-being of your pet, and doesn't see you as dollar signs. That said, every clinic can provide this service. This is where my experience deviated from every other veterinarian clinic I have frequented in my 25 years of being a cat owner. My visit began with the main entrance inexplicably being locked, which given my cat's having an accident on the way and needing me to tend to her was a bit bothersome. Then they were 30 minutes behind schedule. At this point we're slightly irritated but you forgive a business for being busy so long as the service is quality. But the service I got was simply subpar. There was barely a smile to be found in that office which goes a very long way towards client comfort and satisfaction. Finally, the vet was extremely hurried, in and out, and I barely had a moment to muster a conversation to ask questions about my pet. That is part of the service any pet owner expects when taking their furry family member to their doctor. It does not matter how busy you are, you handle it as a professional. As an attorney, I am often quite busy but I never let my clients feel it. It's not their problem. That's what being a professional is about. Thus, while my cat got the treatment she needed, I think it goes without saying that she did not get the treatment she deserved. I will not be back. I think 1 star is warranted when you're just glad your pet got out of this place in one piece.Read Less

This rating is for Dr. Charles Bell only.  Dr. Bell is the best vet I have ever been to, hands down.  You cannot fake that knowledge or compassion or gentleness with animals.  But the office workers -- I have never had such poor customer service, or lack thereof, and it's business school 101, don't treat the client like garbage.  Don't patronize them, don't talk down to them.  You have a job because the clients come back, but it's not for you.  It's for Dr. Bell.  But no one is going to be treated like garbage over and over and keep coming back.  Half the ratings for the staff are good, half are poor.  I guess how you are treated depends on the day of the week.  I called and asked a simply question -- do you know how groomers handle shaving furry cats who don't want to be shaved because I was under the impression only a vet could medicate the animal.  This ignorant woman did not answer my question and told me to call a groomer.  Well, that's why I'm calling my vet and asking, so my cat doesn't get hurt.  If you are so naive that you think that doesn't go on, then I guess you also believe everyone in law enforcement is honest and upstanding.  I am absolutely furious.  Keep the vet.  Get rid of nasty staff.  If you don't like your job, go get another one. We use to take all of my pets here but after a recent visit I will absolutely look elsewhere! My dog is 12 years old and starting to get sick...their automatic response: "you should put her down." I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I have been taking my dogs here for years and would not take them anywhere else. This is truly one of the finest establishments around. It may not be as new or as fancy as some other veterinary offices but what it is is extremely reasonable, with a kind and compassionate staff, and fairly priced services and medications. You will not beat the prices - they do not rip you off, they work with you, and they genuinely want to help you and your pets. I have seen every vet here and each one is kind and knowledgeable. My one dog has cancer and I took her to a much more expensive vet for a consultation and they told me she would probably be deceased within a few months, but thanks to the care and attention of Evesham Veterinary Clinic she has been living with her disease for nearly a year with no decline. Dr. Jeffrey Bell, Dr. Jaclyn Bell, and Dr. Walton are the three vets I primarily go to and all rock. My dog was turned away from banfield pet hospital due to not having appointment and referred to red bank vet hospital emergency room for a minor limp..I carried my dog to banfield in a distraught condition and banfield couldn't even let a vet talk to me.. This place took him in, gave him a physical, pain medicine, and a bordatellla vaccine for $89. The vet actually talked me out of an unnecessary test that I wanted.The staff their was friendly and showed interest in getting to know my dog. Great place, highly recommended! Read Less

Thank you so very very much for such a kind considerate staff, they currently have my friends puppy whom I was sitting for,hospitalized for parvo. Before I went to Dr.Bells office I had taken her to turnersville animal hospital whom as soon as I walked in the door demanded $130.00 before they had even seen her. After another $400 it was determined that she had contracted the parvovirus and needed to be hospitalized but before they could hospitalize her they wanted $5,000 up front. I had told them I did not have that kind of money, but if they would do a payment plan then I would have them automatically with draw the payment from my account, they did not want to hear this,and informed me that if I did not have the money up front they were not helping. I took her from there and frantically started calling other places to get her care I went to Dr.Bells office and told them the puppy was positive for parvo and before I said another word the receptionist turned around to the tech and said clear room 6 we were rushed back and they began administering fluid and antibiotics. After they stabilized her I asked about payment arrangements and they said we will not let your puppy die because you don't have money upfront and said they would bring back an estimate, when the doctor came back in the room he said it would be about $500 a far fetch from the $5,000 turnersville wanted to charge to hospitalize her and that we can work out payments when she feels better. This is how you know you have a vet that truly cares about animals and not just dollar signs. If it wasn't for them she would have most likely died and am grateful for them every second of every day! I can't say enough about how accomodating the older Dr.Bell was with our elderly dog who was suffering from kidney failure. He did all he could and even let me try to take her home. If I could give 100000 stars, I would!!!Yesterday, I took my puppy in for cherry eye surgery. First and foremost, I'm from Northern New Jersey and veterinarians in my area were asking $800-$1800 for the cherry eye surgery. Dr. Bell charged me $205 for the SAME PROCEDURE!!! Not only was the price AMAZING, but when we got our puppy back, it's like the cherry eye NEVER existed.He's awesome, and gets the job done. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!! Dr. Charles Bell and staff are phenomenal. From the minute you walk in you can feel the love and care the staff have for your pets. I brought my dog Romeo in for a tooth infection and it turns my best buddy had to have 18 teeth removed. He's making a full recovery after only one day and acting like a puppy. When the staff or Doctor's tell you they will do something they it to fullest extent. I used to take my cats there years ago when I lived in the area. I now live at the Jersey shore and take my cat to a vet here. When my cat got very sick and I wanted a third opinion, I was willing to make the trek to see Dr. Bell. He got on the phone with me for a long time, and advised me to take my pet to a specialist instead, because he felt he needed more in-depth care than his clinic could provide. He also told me to feel free to call back if I had any further questions. And my cat is not even his patient! That man is a saint! If I could give this vet 10 stars I would. Read Less
