I called back a week later to see if the bird survived and they refused to help me. They said it was impossible to track what I dropped off to them. They were more then willing to take him in since I didn't want to release him and have him run over or hurt by a human since he was so trusting of them. They didn't hesitate when I asked to drop him off and even told me I could walk through the park for free after I did. They kept in touch about him for awhile which also made me feel good. They also took a "DONATION" that would help feed her during her stay. I just received a call that Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge put her down to test her for rabies, after we told them her was not exposed. They are NOT what they say they are. What an amazing place. The wildlife hospital is professional and caring, rehabilitating and releasing all kinds of critters, and for those that can't be turned back to the wild, they find their place in the refuge. The refuge is utilized not only to house those animals, but as an incredible educational facility for kids and adults alike. They place a lot of emphasis on educating the next generation to understand and care for our environment and wildlife. Definitely a wonderful place to spend your charitable dollars! Read Less

After taking in a 3 day old orphaned fox, raising it, making sure she was healthy and strong, we brought her to a "Wildlife REHAB and Sanctuary given the promise they would help integrate her back into the wild. They also took a "DONATION" that would help feed her during her stay. I just received a call that Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge put her down to test her for rabies, after we told them her was not exposed. They are NOT what they say they are. They lied, took our money un der false pretenses, then KILLED a beautiful, strong 4 week old fox kit. And yes, she tested negative. Read Less
