General Info
Spring Mills Veterinary Hospital in Milford provides compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary care. Their services include Dental Care and Deworming. The team strives to improve the quality of life and alleviate suffering by focusing on wellness, chronic ailments, and urgent care. Spring Mills Veterinary Hospital in Milford uses established practical experience together with methodical record keeping for every wellness examination diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. A significant number of clients book appointments for annual check-ups and vaccinations, as well as evaluations related to any activity change or symptom persistence. Common themes encompass diet, post-surgery care, parasite prevention, and nuanced behavioral changes that might indicate a budding health challenge. The clinic conducts tests in relation to itchy skin, food sensitivity, unexplained weight problems and musculoskeletal pain. Bloodwork, fecal tests, urinalysis, and hands-on exams provide the diagnostic clarity required for developing care plans tailored to each pet’s biological factors, environmental conditions, and age group. Pet owners regularly visit veterinarians to adjust dietary plans, check energy levels, and evaluate the effectiveness of long-term medication usage. Detailed veterinary records ensure that information flows seamlessly from one visit or provider to the next. Spring Mills Veterinary Hospital customizes each treatment plan in a way that enables easy integration into the daily routines of Milford households. The clinic’s adjustable timelines and defined next steps enable pet owners to maintain wellness efforts, reduce stress, and eliminate uncertainty. New Jersey now uses an energetic approach to ensure all stages of the animals’ lives are safeguarded. They prioritize preventive measures, early detection, and timely intervention. Clients value the company’s transparency, educational support, and personalized advice. Whether it is helping you with a complex diagnosis or being involved in your senior pet’s pain management. My family has taken our cats to Dr. Suzanne Smith for 23 years and she has provided us with excellent care. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, her rates are extremely reasonable (she is clearly not doing this for the money but for love) and she could not have been kinder when our cats had to be put to sleep after very long and healthy lives. Under her care, our first cat lived 19 years and the last few years were a bonus: one evening after supper, he got into the trash and cut his esophagus on a sharp shrimp tail and bled profusely - Suzanne answered the phone herself after hours and got up from her own dinner to meet us at her office to care for our cat and saved him from bleeding to death. When the time came to put him to sleep, I made a little joke with her about how difficult he had been as a patient - he had quite a bad-boy rep and she had the scratches to prove it - and she told me she considered it a privilege to ease him gently out of this world. I will never forget how kind she was, how kind her entire staff was, and when I was ready to own a cat again, I adopted two healthy kittens she had taken care of after they were rescued from a feral mother. Since I got the cats from her directly, she discounted the charges for neutering them, which I really appreciated. She is highly respected in her field and I can't imagine anyone else looking after my pets but Spring Mills Veterinary. Read Less

Does that make me just a "guest" instead? If so, it sounds like guests are treated with less importance and "Clients" are eligible for special services like payment plans.I'm not sure if they are great vets, but there customer service, was questionable.
