I cannot thank the doctor and staff enough as they helped us with Terri, our 14 year old sick cat, as she went over the rainbow bridge to wait for us until we meet again. The ladies are super professional and very knowledgeable. They where very friendly and patient with my cat and she didn't fuss much which was a surprise seeing that it was her first time at the vet. Took my puppy here. She had her first set of puppy shots and needed her second and third set. Set up the second set and went in to get them. Second time around was for her third set of shots which my husband took her. When at home I looked at the paperwork expecting to see the rabies tag. It said she received her second set of shots. This meant the vet did Not give her the correct set of shots. I was so upset. Within days my dog had a urinary tract infection (UTI), so I went there to get her seen. I took the opportunity to ask why they didn't give her the third set of shots. They gave me nothing but excuses. Point being they made a mistake. I paid over $100 to get her urine analyzed whether she had a UTI or not (after they made me feel like I was a horrible ignorant person for letting my dog get a UTI).  Weeks passed and they never contacted me for the results even though I had paid over $100 for the test. I decided to use a different vet. Seeking to get my pups third set of puppy shots I went to another vet and they requested my dogs history from this vet. This vet had the nerve to provide them with false records saying they had provided them with all three set of puppy shots. No record of ever having a UTI. I'm glad we left this vet. It's untrustworthy. On another note. Whenever I asked a direct question to the main woman vet she would turn her back on me and just look and speak to my husband. We trust them with all our animals (cow, goats and horses) and have used their services for routine farm visits, dentistry and emergency office visits for our goats, including a mastectomy surgery. First visit on Wed. Night with my very sick potbelly pig. We believe she was quite possibly at deaths door. She is only 5 months old. Upon arrival her temp at home of 102.7 soared to 106.2. Dr.R. immediately knew what was wrong. Although possible for a potbelly to get it, they had never seen it in one before. Blood work and antibiotic. She taught me how to give a subcue shot. Don't come here if your pets health is a priority. My poor bantam chicken, Carlin, is in critical condition. I had my reservations about his diagnosis to begin with because the vet seemed like he had already made up his mind and he didn't seem to hear a word I said. Im aware that if you hear hoof beats think horse not zebra, but I know my pet & I am his advocate. I had to call multiple times just to get his fecal test back. Another vet finally called me back with results because I was at my wits end. Additionally, Im almost certain the antibiotics given to him caused a fungal infection in his little trachea. He is gasping for air. Its extremely frustrating, because Ive spent every waking moment nursing this little guy back to health and buying books on veterinary medicine because I feel like I am all on my own. I called the office to see if they would call in a SIMPLE anti fungal and they refused & the best they could do was try to squeeze me in on Tuesday (its Friday). My poor baby is suffering and won't make it another day struggling to breath let alone handle the stress of another trip there. Apparently the other vets at the practice, don't see chickens and can't prescribe an anti fungal. Yet, Dr. Ruszala was qualified enough to check his fecal results ?! Im making an appointment with another vet practice. Rancocas vet office is cold and they'll let your animal die if it doesn't fit in the schedule. Go to a vet that actually cares about their patients. I don't know if Carlin was treated this way because he is "just a chicken" to them or if they really just don't care. Its very disappointing because I thought pets were important to Dr. Edson and his staff.Read Less

Dr. Matt was wonderful with my dog! She is extremely scared of people and hated going to the vet. I was as stressed as she was.....he was able to draw blood, give all vaccines and trim her nails! Amazing....truly a dog whisper!!!! HIghly recommend!!!!! Read Less
