Let me just start by saying, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I live about 45 minutes to an hour from this practice, but my favorite exotic vet recently started working full time here. So when I thought I felt a lump on my pet rat Skye, I made an appointment. There are so many positive things I want to say about this place I don't even know where to start!First of all, its on a farm. Literally, a farm. You pull up and there are bulls, cows, goats, pigs, emus, etc. Its like a mini zoo and you can go up and pet the animals and everything. Its absolutely adorable! Then, when you walk in, the place is HUGE. I'm talking like 15-20 vets with tons of techs and workers. But unlike most places that large, it feels warm and welcoming. The staff were fantastic.A huge plus for me is obviously the exotic department. Those of you who have exotics (such as rats, hampsters, rabbits, birds, etc.) know how hard it is to get QUALITY care for your pets. So many people claim they can see them, but really are not qualified. Here are Mount Laurel there are two exotic specialists. (One being my long time exotic vet Dr. Fordham who is so good I have followed her every time she has moved practices). In addition to that, most of the staff is experienced in exotic care to some degree. (They have to be, they treat farm animals, and skunks and even fish!)Next, they are open 24/7 365 days a year for emergencies!!!! I was literally able to call around midnight and move my appointment up a day early. It is SUCH a relief to know there is a place that I can take my precious Skye in case of an emergency ANY time of day, ANY day of the year.My experience here was absolutely AMAZING. Of all the places I have taken my rats to, this is by far the best. Thank you guys for such a great experience! Read Less
