How bad is the Robbinsville Animal Hospital? It's been years since my experiences there. But my experience were so bad, that now that I use Yelp regularly, I felt the need to share those experiences. The two worst veterinarian experiences I've ever had were at the Robbinsville Animal Hospital. We brought our Rottweiler there for the first time when it was time to get him neutered. When we returned to collect him from the surgery, we were told by the Vet he seemed like an aggressive dog and we should consider that he could be dangerous to us and others. I explained to her that he had never shown an ounce of aggression towards anyone, and perhaps he was simply standoffish because he was in a strange place, with strange people, in pain from the surgery and groggy from the amnesia. She reiterated he seemed like an aggressive dog. It seemed to me like she was actually afraid of large breed dogs. As this seemed like a bad trait in a Vet, we decided to take out business elsewhere. Side note: our Rottweiler lived out its entire life being gentle with every person, child and animal it ever encountered. After this first experience, I vowed not to use the Robbinsville Animal Hospital again. However, when our Boxer passed out, slid down the steps and emptied his bladder, we rushed him to the Robbinsville Animal Hospital. We did this because A) they were closer than our new Vet and B) because our new Vet was closed. On the drive there, he kept slipping in and out of consciousness. Upon our arrival, we were informed they were closing soon, that we were not current patients and there was nothing they would do to help. I was stunned. Every indication was that our dog was in critical condition and they simply refused service as if they were a Jiffy Lube and we were showing up past closing hours for an oil change. I've had many pets. I've been to many Vets. Of all the Vets I've ever encountered, the Robbinsville Animal Hospital are by far... by FAR the worst. Read Less

The clinic is close enough for me to walk to with my dog,( which I have)   Dr. Ed and his staff are always friendly, helpful and very professional.   Whenever I take my girl there I know that she is in very good hands Read Less

Dr. Ed and his staff are extremely caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable!  As a long-time client, I have never been disappointed in the care my pets have received here.  I've always received honest, informed medical treatment for my pets.  Dr. Ed always takes his time and is very patient in answering questions.  My dogs are always happy to see the staff and Dr. Ed, who usually has a dog cookie ready in his pocket :-) Read Less
