The entire staff is so informative, caring and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and they explain all your options and how much everything costs. I've gone here many times before I switched to the vet I have now and I would never go back here. Dr. Weiss shows no real compassion for your pets. They're just another client to him. And it's actually amazing how rude the front desk people are. One time I called just to ask the doctor a question. The front desk person said it was illegal to give medical advice over the phone and rushed me off the phone. I said it really wasn't a medical question but she didn't care. Didn't ask me what the question was about or anything and only said I needed to bring my pet in. But my pet wasn't sick. I just had a simple question. It's almost like they train the people to be rude. Also, the place smells awful and every single thing is unbelievably expensive. Great hospital, doctors and staff. Honestly don't see how anyone could write a bad review. We bring 4 pets here and the staff explains everything and gives us options to fit our budget. The doctors are thorough and are excellent. We came here several years ago with our dog Harry who we were going to have put to sleep because another vet hospital said there was nothing else to do. I called for info on spaying a cat that we had found in our neighborhood. The woman on the phone was rude, she asked me if we were "clients" there and I told her that we were not. I explained that we had found a cat and she was in heat and we wanted to have her spayed before she became pregnant. She quoted is $610.00 for a spay and offered us no other resources or information. So glad we found this hospital. We were sick and tired of just being handed medication after medication for Samantha without the doctor actually trying to diagnosis her urination problems. At All Creatures they actually diagnosed her problem. First they ultrasounded her bladder at our appointment and said they needed to get a biopsy. The next day they used a endoscope they had to actually go into her bladder and get a biopsy without opening her up. She ultimately had bladder cancer and is now undergoing treatment here. I just wonder if we took her here first if her long term prognosis would have been better. Shame on the other two hospitals for treating us and our dog like being more of a hindrance. There are few vets in the area who specialize in exotics, and we drive 30 minutes to bring our guinea pig here. Two days ago, our guinea pig couldn't walk and we were given a same day appointment. The vet did not push for unnecessary tests or procedures. He gave us some advice on how to treat at home and gave us some anti-inflammatories to see if it would resolve on its own in a couple days, saving us lots of money. He is up and walking today! Wow almost every negative review is really about money. Hey folks pets are a financial responsibility and good veterinary care costs! We have been going for hear since 2005 and they are very thorough and fair. For those who complain about not having payment plans is says at their front counter they do not and to ask for an estimate. They offer every option to make sure your pet is up to date and provided with the best products. No one hold a gun to your head to make you pay for something you cant afford. They have also ALWAYS told us how much things cost before hand. To trash a veterinary hospital that does exceptional work and is fair just because you are a cheap a$$ regarding your pets is just WRONG! Maybe a battery operated pet would be better but then you would bitc& about the cost of batteries. You think any other hospital is different then good luck! Visited this location several times because I was referred by the puppy place I purchased my dogs. normally I just pay for shots but this time I was charged 52 for a checkup on both of my dogs without knowledge. I was told my dog had an ear infection but wet to another vet for a second opinion and was told it was just razor and skin irritation. I was also told that I had to pay 400 bucks that day and could not break it up into payment plans. Overall I spent way too much money for nothing and my dog has no ear infection. I will not return to this vet and found a closer, more caring, honest, and better priced location.Read Less

Every time I go to get a check up for my dogs, I always have to wind up spending hundreds of dollars. They throw so many things at you that needs to be done for your dog and don't even tell you prices until you get up to the counter. For instance, my dog had skin irritation, so they took it upon themselves to put a cone on him, and I didn't realize I was being charged for that until I received the printed out bill after paying. We would like to thank the wonderful doctors and staff for their professionalism and compassion during the year our cat Felix was ill. We had visited other veterinary hospitals that couldn't diagnose his problem. Within 2 visits we found out he had heart disease as a result of an over active thyroid gland. Their prices were very reasonable with all the testing he went through. After a year long struggle and loving veterinary care we had to send Felix across the rainbow bridge. We were able to spend as long as we wanted with Felix before and after the final procedure and the doctors and staff were so supportive and compassionate. I would never go to this Veterinary hospital/clinic again. There is a tremendous lack of communication with the staff. I did not find out till a year later that my beloved cat had hyperthyroidism. After visiting the vet a couple of times after my cat had her lab work done, I had found out after the 3rd visit that she had hyperthyroidism. She could have been on medication the whole year but instead lost at least 6 lbs. My poor cat ended up dying a month later. We took her to get euthanized and they couldn't even do that correctly. Just left here with our 2 rabbits. The front office staff were so nice and professional. The nurses were great too going over nutrition and life long care recommendations. So much we didn't know. Dr. Weiss gave a thorough examination to both rabbits and answered all of our questions. He made sure we were given literature that would help us maintain the health of our Rascal and Flats so they could be happy and healthy. We had a great experience here. Pleasant staff, very knowledgeable and clean. Prices were fair. This hospital had no objectionable odor as another posted and we didn't have to wait at all. The nurses went over everything related to our health needs and the doctor's examination was thorough and everything was explained that was abnormal. Estimates were provided. We were really impressed here. We have been to several other veterinarians with our zoo of pets but none were as knowledgeable across the board regarding all of them. The staff and doctors we have had contact with were great. Their prices are not outrageous as some other places we have been to either.
