My current 3 year old ACD is the second dog I have had followed and treated by Dr. Love , Dr. Fulton, and their staff. My last dog was an easy going Golden, she had her typical shares of lumps and tumors removed over the years and finally succumbed to cancer at age 12. Bethel Mill vets and techs were great throughout her years. I now have an extremely active, much more challenging (but awesome) Blue Heeler who I'm sure makes every visit a wrestling match. The doctors and the staff are just as positive and caring with him as they were with my mellow gal. And from experiences with my dogs over the years- at different vets- I can honestly also say that the surgical skills at Bethel Mill are outstanding. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I took my pet here and was given a script with not enough medicine for the required doses. When i asked for a refill I was told I wasnt allowed it because the doctor that was present "didnt want to trump the prescribing doctors orders" so instead all of my cat's progress had been dimished. He went from being on medicine and having a lil stumble to being off medicine, in pain, hiding, a frequent stumble, and barely eating or drinking. Bethel mill animal hospital let my animal be in pain and now we cant get him comfortable enough for another vet trip. Bottom line: pets are family and this place does not understand that. Read Less

BMAH meets or exceeds quality of care on all levels from client relations to veterinary medicine. They offer a wide range of services and have excellent relationships with Specialty Centers when needed. Their fees are comparable and fair in coordination with the most up to date practices and procedures. My girl Belle came to BMAH will a chronic lameness and rising liver values. Dr Fulton & Dr Love rehabbed her forelimb and re-balanced her system. Belle also had a bit of dental work with Arlette, the resident dental tech. Belle acts like a pup at the age of 12yrs with a lot of time left in her future! All thanks to BMAH.Read Less

Dr. Love and her staff are incredible. Our cat had recently hurt himself and we called this office and they were able to accommodate a very last minute appointment to look at his leg while our regular vet was away. We had an initial appt. 6/8 which went ok. We scheduled a follow up before we left for 6/29 which, when that time came, whoever scheduled it didn't do it correctly as it wasn't in the system so they wouldn't see us. They then scheduled us for the following Monday, 7/6 @ 6:30pm but when I called to confirm it on 7/3, it was now a 7:10pm appt. This is now two appt errors by them and the only answer I got from the woman who answer was 'I didn't schedule the appt." Read Less

We have been going here since they opened after switching from another area vet. We are so glad we switched! The waiting area is always clean as are the rooms. The staff is very very friendly! I have not had one problem with them in all the years I've been going there. I highly recommend them anybody looking for a great and friendly vets office.Read Less
