Tried to charge me over $1000 to fix my dog. WAS going there for 6 years with 3 dogs. Will never go back again so over priced. Any little thing I needed I always hade to go in for a visit so they could get their 60$ so dollar visit fee. And the newest staff are a joke. Stuck up! Rude! I should have left. I don't think that I would take a cockroach to your hosp after the care my beloved shortie did not get from you ms graham. Back in July when I first took her to you, her blood work showed her kidneys starting with a infection. One that should of been top of the list given the fact she was a diabetic. But you didn't treat her for that, instead you had us take her off of her insulin, only to put her back on. First bad call. Had I known then that her kidneys showed a infection I would have had her treated properly. But I didn't. When she got worse in October, it was clear she was SEVERELY DEHYDRATED. You ms graham did NOT treat our cat with any blood work, or start on fluids, instead you sent us home with potassium powder because in your words it helped your office cat perk up. No medical documents to back up that procedure. In fact it lead to Shortie's life being taken away. She had and died from you not doing your job. A severe kidney infection that could if been treated. I will never forgive you for your lack if knowledge and practice you showed us. Ms. Graham was way off and now refuses to admit her failure towards our loss and broken hearts that can't be healed. I took my dog to this vet clinic when my regular vet was closed. They not only saw him right away, but they correctly diagnosed a problem that my other vet hadn't noticed. They told me how much it was going to cost before they did anything, which I thought was great, so I wasn't surprised by a big bill at the end of the visit. I think their prices are about the same as my other vet, but the doctor was much more thorough and explained everything to me and my wife. The receptionist was very helpful when I called, also. These people are sick leeches.I swear their paychecks are directly impacted by the amount of crap services and items they can shove into a single visit.We brought our aging, arthritic Pitbull in a few months ago when she expedience a leg injury that left her hobbling for q couple of days. They MIS-diagnosed the injury as a torn Achilles after taking a handful of x-rays which were never shown or given access to, that they admitted had been difficult to read as the dog wouldn't stay put, resulting in a handful of full priced "blurry x-rays" The science involved in the process was so strong after they examined her blurry $300+ worth of x-rays they declared she had the tear and would require surgery or "would lose function of the limb as it atrophied over the next few months." Resulting in a "repair it or lose it" urgent diagnosis. They quoted the total for that Achilles repair at just over 4 grand. THAT WOULD BE A SEPARATE CHARGE THEN THE FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS DUE FOR A 30 MINUTE VISIT THAT ENDED WITH US THINKING WE WOULD HAVE TO PUT OUR DOG DOWN "we decide to give our dog rest and place her on a diet to help aid in the relief of this devastating injury. After all there was no way we could afford the surgery.They scheduled a follow up to do a second set of blood work to test the effects if any of the meds they placed her on and wanted to know what we were going to do.Here comes the best part. We got a second opinion and with some very mild anti inflammatory alone had her dieting, walking, and returning to normal before the two weeks out appt follow up arrived. We called to cancel with Nottingham.Two days later we receive in the mail a 20 plus page packet of each and evert worst case scenario possible for our dog. It was literally a packet systematically put together by the fine folks here to literally instill fear and doubts in our decision against terribly expensive surgery on a ten year old Pitbull. Page after page of highlighted and circled clips pulled from the internet with the sole purpose of goddamned FEAR MONGERING. I was shocked. They went out of their way to reinforce their terrible MIS FUCKING DIAGNOSIS, CAUSED BY THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE ANS INABILITY TO X-RAY PROPERLY A "PATIENT" BEFORE SUGGESTING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF FUCKING SURGERY SHE DIDNT NEED IN THE FIRST PLACE!THE GODDAMNED BALLS ON THESE A-HOLES IS ASTONISHING.The topper on the cake was the "Lucy's diagnosis and its repercussions" packet of shit showing there legged dogs, dogs who have given up the will to live and highlighted tidbits on how this is basically our dog in a month or two without their procedure.Nottingham Animal Hospital employees: here's the kicker. A year later and with zero help from your terrible practice of shill doctors, LUCY IS RUNNING  AFTER SQUIRRELS LIKE A CHAMP ON THE REGULAR. And your despicable packet of bullshit sits in a file with all of her paperwork as a reminder of your disgusting unprofessional, unethical practice.  Your exhorbant pricing. Spam, junk mail, fear mongering , scumbag selves and why we will never ever bring her back in there. I have been taking both of my dogs to see Dr. Graham and Dr. Rankin for 14 years. They are great with the girls and any time there is an emergency I never have a problem getting one of them seen right away. They let me know of the cost of everything before any treatments so there is no sticker shock at the end of the visit. Most recently my doxie had back issues (again) and they recommended the laser therapy treatment, my doxie has never felt better. After six treatments, it was like a miracle because she bouncing around like a puppy again! My older mix has anxieties, they have it in her file not to wear white coats around her because for some who knows why reason the white coats stress her out. They really care about my girls' feelings and provide a high level care from the moment we walk in the door. Read Less

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that it didn't matter who I spoke to the answer would be the same.
