If, you look closely to the only complaint you will notice how the respondent to it says it isn't true and then slips and says it is?
What a bunch of bullies this vet clinic is!

I've been using this vet, specifically Dr. Livingstone, for over 20 years for all my family's pets. Excellent staff, reasonable pricing & incredible sensitivity to the complexities of end-of-life decisions. They know their stuff & are so patient when explaining things to pet owners & discussing treatment options.

The service and staff at this clinic are VERY unprofessional and snoody. They have no knowledge of Large dog breeds and have SERIOUSLY damaged my beloved Leonberger. The incompetent staff does NOT sanitize the facility, they even have the audacity to take my already sick dog into a room where one of the animals that had parvo were in. I was not treated with any respect and YOU'RE employees are in need of serious training. I WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING YOU PEOPLE ARE CRUEL!

I moved to Abq and was looking for a new vet for my chihuahua. He needed to have his teeth cleaned and VCA Animal Hospital charged me $220 just for the initial visit and bloodwork. They quoted me $3...
I moved to Abq and was looking for a new vet for my chihuahua. He needed to have his teeth cleaned and VCA Animal Hospital charged me $220 just for the initial visit and bloodwork. They quoted me $350 for the procedure (which requires anesthesia) and additional $50 for each (possible) tooth extraction. I called Del Norte to get a second quote and they offer the same procedure for $165, $5 for tooth extraction and only $52 for the initial exam. I can't believe I almost paid $200 more for the same cleaning!!
My chihuahua is my baby and they took amazing care of him! Both visits we got right in and didn't wait more than a minute. The staff including Dr. Livingstone were friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered additional services while my dog was there but was not made to feel bad for not selecting them. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that really cares for their animal and the cost of vet care.

Del Norte is the BEST! These are the most compassionate vets ever. Very knowledgeable, kind and have such a love for animals. You won't find a better vet in Albuq.

We have been taking our cats to Dr. Livingstone at Del Norte Animal Clinic for 17 years. He is the best - funny, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
