They were extremely nice very helpful and very informative. I was a bit perplex that my dog had to get his nails clipped without be but I'm really surprised my dog behaved so well with out me! I'd like to have been there I don't know their policies but they got it done and I'm impressed. They were even super nice with my dog decided to urine in the lobby. I insisted I clean it up but they were no, no, I'll take care of it don't worry about it. I still cleans it up against their wishes but Nice

I unfortunately had to get my cat's front claws taken out I brought him to Juan Tabo Animal Clinic. Now I can't have kids so my cat is like my child they took such good care of him I couldn't ask for anything more they have been so nice and understanding so I've been in to see my baby twice and I get him back on Monday so thank you to everybody at Juan Tabo Animal Clinic I'm going nowhere else you are all amazing and thank you so much for taking such good care of my mr. I wound up at Juan Tabo Animal Clinic because another vet across town had told me my cat needed to be put down. My friend told me about JTAC and suggested I go to there For a second opinion. They fixed her up with pill. I’ve been bringing my animals here ever since, it been about 6 years now. I know my animals are getting the best care every time I walk through the door.

My experience with the Juan Tabo Animal Clinic has been wonderful! I brought my dog in here to receive care and what we got was compassionate, loving care from start to finish. Unfortunately we had to put our precious puppy down, but the professionalism and compassion during this time was top notch. I will recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family. Thank you to all staff and especially Donna for everything.

Communication between staff members leaves much to be desired.
Post surgical kennels were located in a high traffic hallway which keeps recovering pets nervous and upset. Not a good post surgical setting.
I was satisfied with the depth of knowledge and experience of the doctors.
My opinion is they are good at diagnosis but I will not leave any of my pets there overnight again.
My deeper concern is that what i saw, and that did not include the surgical room and other behind the scene areas, worries me greatly.
I expected much more then I observed, considering the prices they charge.

The vet we have is nice enough, but barely addresses that you're in the room. I understand he's there for the animals, but he seemed very distracted when checking my animal. The women up front are very nice and I feel like that makes up for the lack of cordial behavior from the male vet we had. Pricing is competitive. The building is older, but well kept. We got referred here when we adopted our male cat and they gave free checkup when he was adopted, so I'm glad they do that work. Overall, a neutral experience.

I have been bringing my cats (a total of 6 so far) to this clinic and these vets for 20 years. Both Dr Sweeney and Dr Schott are awesome with my animals. Both of them have been able to identify my cats' illness from across the room. The techs here are also very nice and dote on my animals. The clinic is always upfront about costs and options and I find them to be cheaper than places like the VCA. I would not bring my cats to anyone else.

My dog had very bad diarrhea for some time. Two medications were prescribed which didn't work. The next plan was blood work with an estimate of over $400. Also mention of taking a biopsy of the intestine.
No discussion about diet took place during the diagnosis. Then I read a random blog from someone who had had success with rice and pumpkin. Problem solved in one day!
Their disconnect between diet and medicine blows my mind. While this may be typical in the vet world, I'm going to try to find a place with a more holistic approach.

My experience with the Juan Tabo Animal Clinic has been wonderful! I brought my dog in here to receive care and what we got was compassionate, loving care from start to finish. The vet we have is nice enough, but barely addresses that you're in the room. I understand he's there for the animals, but he seemed very distracted when checking my animal. The women up front are very nice and I feel like that makes up for the lack of cordial behavior from the male vet we had. Pricing is competitive. The building is older, but well kept. We got referred here when we adopted our male cat and they gave free checkup when he was adopted, so I'm glad they do that work. Overall, a neutral experience.

I have been bringing my cats (a total of 6 so far) to this clinic and these vets for 20 years. Both Dr Sweeney and Dr Schott are awesome with my animals. Both of them have been able to identify my cats' illness from across the room. The techs here are also very nice and dote on my animals.
