The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! Our dog has been here a few times for chipped teeth (darn dog tries to bite his way out of his crate) and has had surgery twice here. They were very kind and remembered us every time we walked in the door. Of course surgery is always very expensive, but I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else to have something done. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

My cat had something going on with his mouth and we took him in to see Dr. Kincade. Turned out he had a badly infected tooth. I was very nervous about it since he's an older cat and he had never been put under anesthesia before. Dr. Kincade was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me in detail and also talked about how extensively they monitor the animals when they're under and also when they are recovering. What she described sounded better than most pre and post op care I've experienced as a human! She called me twice during the (2 hour) surgery to let me know what was going on (two more bad teeth) and how my kitty was doing. After all was said and done, we took him home with pain meds and instructions on what to watch for as well as a request to call the next day to let her know how he was doing. When I called back, she took my call immediately and asked right away, "how's Garth?". I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have her care so gently and carefully for my furry friend and also to take the time and care to be kind with me and generous with her time in explaining things. Thank you Dr. Kincade of VCA Town & Country Animal Hospital! I'll be certain to refer friends to you when they need an excellent Veterinarian.Read Less

We had a great experience with our dog Trevor at the VCA animal hospital. First of all it was terrific that he didn't have an appointment but they told us to come in anyway and worked us in. It was also nice that our first visit was free - who doesn't like that? But most important, we were really impressed with how caring the vet was and how she didn't insist that we get a lot of expensive tests. 'Dr. Hannah' really seemed to like our Trevor and gave us a lot of solid information on his arthritic condition. Great vet! Read Less
