I brought my two cats to this location within the past 8 months or so and was very happy with the staff and the Vet. However, today I stopped in to ask for some general advice on how to keep my cats calm on a long distance trip and was met by a very unfriendly "Client Services Representative". She said she wouldn't be able to recommend anything, that I would have to bring them in for an exam and maybe the Vet could tell me. This is a very simple general request and I am very disappointed in VCA right now. Read Less

I made an appointment for my dog. They told me I could come in on first come first seen or that day or they could make an appointment for the next day. Having little spare time I made an appointment for the next day. I was on time, 1:00pm, for the appointment. The only car in the parking lot was mine. I waited 10 minutes in the waiting Room before being escorted to the exam room. The attendant was there and prompt to try and sell me their pet health plan. After refusing the plan my pet and I were left for twenty minutes to entertain ourselves, did I tell you there was no cars in the parking lot or others in the am waiting room? Finally the Vet entered the room. By this time I was so tic off, I told them what I thought of their service and left. I hadn't been there In over five years when they sent me home with a pet that needed medic care. I swore then I would never go back. After my vet had reassured me they had changed, I thought I would give them a try again. My advise to anyone who cares for their pet, find a different vet. Read Less

Took our rescue here for her complimentary exam, we were concerned as well about her hind end. She is only 8 months old and hip dysplasia is highly suspected, xrays are needed to confirm. The front desk gal was awesome and we all know that the relationship whether good or bad starts at the front end, a bad experience there can make or break a Dr.s business, so kudos. Dr. DeHerrera was FANTASTIC! The vet techs are sweet, the rooms are spacious and the cleanliness surpasses much that I've seen. We will return for her follow up care.
