An employee named “John” was rude and frankly kind of weird. Each time I had went everyone at the front desk and the actual Vetenarian were very nice and professional. It was just awkward on one of our appointments when “John” came in the room and my puppy started barking at him like she sensed something about him. He said he had to take my puppy to the back to give her her shots, I asked why that every time we had been there they would give them to her in front of us in the room. His response was that I didn’t want to see this.? A minute later I heard my puppy let out a painful cry and he brought her back to me like 3 minutes later.? I told him that I didn’t appreciated that and my dog didn’t seem to like him either. He ruined it for all the other employees who actually like what they are doing! I would not recommend this place anymore! Read Less
