The Vets and supporting staff at Arrow are warm, professional, and caring. They care for our pound puppies and pure bred pups equally and offer practical options for every pet. They are the rudest vet I have ever been to. Wouldn't help a dying kitten until they ran my card for payment in advance. Changed me for an overnight stay and tests they wanted to do and even though the kitten died after 20 minutes they still charged me the 200. They are interested in money, not helping animals. Arrow Animal Hospital has been our Vet for the past 10 years and they have given us consistently professional and compassionate care for our pets! Over the years they have helped us with any health issues we have had and have been very good about explaining the cost of treatment and offering alternatives if we could not afford the care. Unfortunately, this has been the third bad experience over the years with this clinic. The first two were.regarding my brother and daughter a few years ago. I thought I would give it another try. Dr. Sanchez was very calming and took the time to explain the procedure he performed as well as how to try to prevent my son's show goat from getting more stones. Good Veteranary. The only bad thing is that their lunch brake is from 11:30-1:30 which is something good to know so you wont have to take two trips. I bring my dog and horses here and they are well taken care of by the doctors. Read Less

Absolutely NEVER AGAIN! When I initially took my dog to get her annual check-ups, I had no problem. When I had the problem, it was when it mattered most. My dog was ran over from the chest, down. We immediately rushed her to Arrow Animal Hospital, ran inside and told them our dog is dying, she just got ran over, and needs to be seen ASAP. The woman behind the counter calmly told me that the vet's were on their lunch break. We waiting in the car for 45 minutes, finally a truck pulls in and a few of the workers casually walk back into the building. No one came to our aid. I went back inside again, to tell them I need someone immediately; that we couldn't pick our dog up and bring her inside, not only because of her size, but because we feared we would do more damage. A few minutes later, a guy walks out with just his bare hands to pick up the dog, no table. He took a look at the size of dog, and slowly walked back inside. He finally came out with the table that I told them they would need. Dr. Cosper took an X-ray and did explain everything the X-ray showed. But he was unable to perform any surgeries on the dog, and refered us to a place in Albuquerque. Caring about animals? Yeah right, get a new profession.Read Less
