Kathy was absolutely amazing during the toughest time in my life. not only was she caring, empathetic, and loving towards my Steo, and my wife and I, but she was also completely honest. She'd never met my buddy before, he quickly took to her and laid by her feet. which is unusual. she looked him over to see if this was the only option, and she confirmed it. I love that she told me truth. she walked us through the entire process before she did anything, and gently. not like your regular doctor or vet talk. she ACTUALLY cared. She rubbed his thigh where she injected the sedative, and she waited till he was completely asleep until she gave the last drug. She even, in a soft voice, told him he was a good boy and could let go now. she made my worst fear peaceful and beautiful in a sense. she even gave me a big hug before leaving. I highly recommend Rio Rancho Mobile Vet. Dr. Quitberg is so very nice. We called her to euthanize our precious Labrador and she was here the very next day and made our old dog very comfortable in his last moments with us and he died peacefully in his own bed. I can't say enough about how comforting the whole experience was, being able to let our old guy stay in his home and not stress him out by taking him to a vet's office. Read Less
