Our cat Smokie had stopped eating and we took him here for his first visit. The vet recommended taking him to another location for an ultrasound and the set up the appointment for us within the hour. He unfortunately was very ill and we lost him a couple of days later. Even though they only saw him for a few minutes, they sent us a condolence card. Both Denise and Dr. Cressy are the best! They are genuinely caring, very knowledgeable and take as much time as needed to treat pets. My family and I recently moved to the Rio Rancho. We have a menagerie of pets with two dogs and three cats. Recently my dog who I have had about thirteen years got a bad case of paraphimosis, Dr. Cressy gave my pup an examination and recommended I take him to the animal ER right away. I followed her instructions and he recovered great. When I called her the next day to set up a follow-up appointment right away my dog was remembered and asked about how he was doing and if everything was ok.
