I took my male cat in for a checkup at Country Lane as a new client/patient. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and the vet tech/Dr. McKenna were just as great! Jack was a little nervous (as was I) in unfamiliar territory but everyone was very calming to him, very thorough, and very understanding of why he was brought in in the first place. I'll be recommending friends and family alike in need of a local veterinarian, and will be bringing him back annually for checkups. Thanks for checking my dude! A+!

Helped save my dogs life who had internal bleeding with his first ever blood transfusion. He did not hesitate to answer my call at 12:00 am and met us there. They even allowed us to come and visit every day until we were able to take her home and he even checked on her a couple time a night every night she was there. I don’t know to many vets that are willing to go back after the office closes at 5

I couldn't be happier finding Country Lane! I tried three different veterinary practices in the area before finally coming upon them and there is no comparison. They are so friendly and always willing to try and accommodate you, unlike so many places I've dealt with. They also are all truly animal lovers. They're gentle with my pets and even stop to pet them and say hi! No vet I have ever been to has been as caring or thorough.

Awfull!! I have never had a vet make an animal wait so long to be euthanized . we agreed to put my kitten to sleep he was severly injured and they made us wait 15 min just to ask for money first like...

NIGHTMARES from the way this DR. EUTHANIZED my 6pd Morkie is so inhumane-If this doctor doesn't like you he will torture your animal-My dog had many seizure in a few days by the time I brought him in he could not move from the neck down very dehydrated-Doctor insisted on a mussel-ask if any other option-Said sedation-chose sedation Also the doctor insisted on euthanizing him through his hind leg-First poke made him throw up choking on vomit while the Dr. cont. to poke and turn the needle-went on for several min. while in pain,choking,breathing harder-Then he stops and insists on other back leg even though I beg him the whole time to try the front paw-After five min.-Nothing,My dog is still alive-Finally stops puts the needle in his front paw and in I swear ONE SECOND he took his last breath-I am heartbroken that my Ziggy had to go through this-for the eight years I had him I protected and babied him-Horrible to think that I am the one who put him in the hands of this person-Sorry Ziggs

I took my male cat in for a checkup at Country Lane as a new client/patient. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and the vet tech/Dr. McKenna were just as great! Jack was a little nervous (as was I) in unfamiliar territory but everyone was very calming to him, very thorough, and very understanding of why he was brought in in the first place.
