We would never take our fur babies any where else. Dr Banister and his staff have been there for us and smiled and laughed through the good, and truly grieved with us through the bad. We have taken now 8 dogs and 3 cats here in the time space of at least 20 years .

These guys are wonderful. One of the very few vet clinics left that seem to focus more on health care and their patients needs than on their business end. They are always professional and friendly, they really do their best for all their patients, and their prices couldn't be better. They have been our family's vet for years, and I now drive about an hour to get there but wouldn't have it any other way. When I first moved, I tried two different local vets, and could not find anyone that held a candle to this place. I am a customer for life!!

I recently adopted 3 kittens. The kittens came with first visit certificates. They took the first one and then scheduled a follow-up. There was nothing wrong with the kitten, so we didn't see a need to go to that follow-up.We then adopted the other 2. When we called to schedule their appointments, we were told that there would be a 2-week wait, but they would still accept the certificates. In that 2 weeks, one of the kittens got a cold or some kind of flu. When we showed up the doctor refused to see them and said he "isn't running a charity" and began accusing us of making the appointment to use as a sick visit, even though he didn't have a cold when the appointment was made 2 weeks before. Then he said that we didn't bring the perfectly healthy cat in for the follow-up (I'm still not clear as to what he would follow-up on), so he isn't going to see these ones.I have never been so poorly treated by a vet ever. We weren't asking him anything about the cold, as that would have gone away on its own.

They are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of coming here. They knew what was wrong with my dog after a 2 minute physical, although I had been at another vet 3 times and they had no clue even after extensive blood work and testing. They saved my dogs life. I will always recommend them and never go anywhere else in the future.

Just switched my dog to this vet office on a recommendation of a family member after being frustrated at my last vet. I was able to get in the same week I called.I didn't have to wait around and there was no BS fluff in the bill and other useless stuff that some vets are known to do. Some places are more about $$ than the pet and that's sad.I had originally called to have my dog looked at by Dr Bannister, but ended up with the younger woman who was very nice and knew what she was doing. Dog needed a physical and ended up needing meds for some skin issues. Have a followup soon. Overall I was happy with the visit, it went smooth and there was no issues. And when I was done, I had a cheaper bill than I was originally anticipating which is always a plus.

The staff is very caring and attentive. They helped explore different options for my dog with allergies when another local clinic wouldn't. Won't take my pets any place else!

I cannot say enough good about Bennington Veterinary Clinic!!! The entire staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, as well as patience with my dog as she can be a bit apprehensive when it comes to the vet. They've always been able to get me in quickly if needed and Dr. Bannister explains things clearly which I appreciate. The waiting room and offices are all clean and right now they're adding an addition to the practice that is looking great. (I can't wait because my only complaint would be the double doors you have to enter through currently...because of their closeness to each other it can be difficult to maneuver when your dog doesn't want to go in!)I recently had some issues from a procedure that another vet did improperly and Dr. Bannister and his staff were so understanding and helpful in helping me make things right. I am so grateful for this vet clinic!! If they only had a groomer, I'd be all set! ;)

We would never take our fur babies any where else. Dr Banister and his staff have been there for us and smiled and laughed through the good, and truly grieved with us through the bad. We have taken now 8 dogs and 3 cats here in the time space of at least 20 years .

These guys are wonderful. One of the very few vet clinics left that seem to focus more on health care and their patients needs than on their business end. They are always professional and friendly, they really do their best for all their patients, and their prices couldn't be better. They have been our family's vet for years, and I now drive about an hour to get there but wouldn't have it any other way. When I first moved, I tried two different local vets, and could not find anyone that held a candle to this place. I am a customer for life!!

I recently adopted 3 kittens. The kittens came with first visit certificates. They took the first one and then scheduled a follow-up. There was nothing wrong with the kitten, so we didn't see a need to go to that follow-up.We then adopted the other 2. They are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of coming here. They knew what was wrong with my dog after a 2 minute physical, although I had been at another vet 3 times and they had no clue even after extensive blood work and testing. They saved my dogs life. I will always recommend them and never go anywhere else in the future.

Just switched my dog to this vet office on a recommendation of a family member after being frustrated at my last vet. I was able to get in the same week I called.I didn't have to wait around and there was no BS fluff in the bill and other useless stuff that some vets are known to do. I cannot say enough good about Bennington Veterinary Clinic!!! The entire staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, as well as patience with my dog as she can be a bit apprehensive when it comes to the vet. They've always been able to get me in quickly if needed and Dr. Bannister explains things clearly which I appreciate.
