I have been taking my pets to Brookside Clinic for 8 years now.  The staff has always been very  polite and helpful.  I have never had to wait for our appointment.  I am usually taken in in a timely manner.  Also, anytime I have concerns they have taken the time to answer my questions.  Even if my original visit was for something else.  I have been very pleased with the service I have had at Brookside and would gladly recommend them to others. My vet is not located here but I do stop to buy flea and tick drops for my pets. It's the only place I know where I can buy a single bottle instead of a whole expensive pack. Word of advice: DO NOT buy flea medicine at department or grocery stores. It may look like the same brand and it is much cheaper but the actual medicine is not good for your pets. It can cause convulsions and even death. It does not work as well either. Buy from your vet or pet stores like Petco or Pet Smart. Read Less

I switched to Brookside from another local vet several months ago with 2 senior cats. My first cat is diabetic and they've been wonderful. My other cat unbeknownst to me was farther along in kidney failure then I was led to believe by the first vet and today she became ill suddenly. I brought her into Dr Gill and the girls at Brookside. Unfortunately I had to put my baby down but they were all just so wonderful at such a horrible time for me. They are top-notch I highly recommend them Read Less

You won't find any better than the staff at Brookside.  We adopted a Husky puppy a few months ago, and just a few days before his initial vet visit, he became very ill.  We called Brookside and they told us to bring him right in, so we did and he was seen by the Vet within minutes.  Turns out our poor little guy had pneumonia and a GI infection so he needed to be hospitalized immediately.  (I was a crying hot mess and) the staff was so kind and considerate.  During his hospitalization, they called frequently to give me updates, and didn't mind at all if I called to check in either.  A few days later I was able to take my puppy home, safe and sound.  In my experience (and my puppy's too), the staff at Brookside has been nothing but helpful, friendly and kind.  Their genuine concern for my puppy's well being is what makes us lifelong customers, I couldn't imagine taking him any where else. I recommend Brookside to everyone! I've always taken my cats here & the staff is so friendly & kind. When taking in my one cat last week, several of the staff came to ask how I was & what my cat was doing there as they know I have senior kitties & they remember me well from my one kitty (a "regular") whom I lost a year & a half ago. Started with Brookside when my now senior dog was a puppy. She has had her fair share of health issues and has always been treated with the best care! I had an emergency with my dog, just before closing on Saturday She had passed out at Hoopes Park. My daughter looked up the number on her phone, while I carried Bugg to the car. I called and asked if they could see her. I told them we were on our way. We got there before they closed and they checked her over. She's now on heart medicine. If they hadn't taken her right away and taken such good care of her, I don't know if she would have made it. She's a young dog, so this was an unusual circumstance. I've brought my cat in a couple times now. I have a usual vet I go to, but when I had an emergency and mine was booked I called this one. No regrets what so ever. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I love this place so much. I would recommend it to anyone. Read Less

I have always taken my pets to Brookside and have never had one complaint until my dog was hit by a car and was badly hurt. I came in and explained what had happened as I'm holding him and crying and it took close to fifteen minutes for them to get a room ready. The employees at the front desk didn't try to help or comfort me at all. Later that night I came back to pay for the visit and as I was walking up to the door they locked it and shut the lights off.
