The veterinarians are phenomenal. Unfortunately, the office manager/receptionist brings down the whole vibe. She gives erroneous information, and is very insistent that it's correct. Whether HIPAA applies to pets (it doesn't) to whether vaccines can be dispensed (they can - think Tractor Supply), I've had several conversations with her that did not align with her alleged "years of experience". Thankfully the doctors are outstanding. The company could be tremendously improved with a different office manager/receptionist.

Dr. Benson was very compassionate and attentive during a difficult time, when we had to make the decision to put our beloved horse down. I wish we had known about him sooner and we will 100% be using him for all of our future veterinarian needs. Excellent veterinarian and wonderful person. THANK YOU!❤

Our horse fell today, and when we couldn't get her up we called this office. I couldn't have asked for a better vet to have responded than Dr. Benson from this office. He was so kind and compassionate, and though we had a heartbreaking outcome I am so happy we called. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Linden came out for an emergency call even though we weren't patients. He was here in 15 minutes and was great. I couldn't have asked a better experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and was very good with our mare. We are planning on using homestead as our regular equine vet after our experience today.

Each time Dr. Benson or Dr. Lovejoy come to our farm for our Fjords or sheep, they are nothing but courteous, helpful, and very informative. Thank you, Homestead Large Animal!

The veterinarians are phenomenal. Unfortunately, the office manager/receptionist brings down the whole vibe. She gives erroneous information, and is very insistent that it's correct. He was so kind and compassionate, and though we had a heartbreaking outcome I am so happy we called. I would highly recommend this office.
