These bad reviews are not crap! Took my cat to this clinic and he died no more than 24 hours later (in front of my 10 year old who is now devastated) after Holly misdiagnosed him as having Kitty "Crud" and said he was going to be fine!  She gave him too much fluid (when he wasn't even dehydrated) which flooded his system. If you value your pet TAKE IT TO A VET WHO CARES and knows what they are doing!  When trying to contact management about what happened to my beloved pet the office attendant claims there is no one on staff to take the call!  This place is non caring, unprofessional, and just out for money! EXCELLENT! My dog was suffering from a very bad ear infection. They were very friendly with myself and my furbaby. Prescribed meds for her gave her 1st dose earlier and she already acts like she feels better. Read Less

Dr Holly Reed is thee BEST Veterinary I have ever encountered in my life! She saved my dog at the age of 13 and added a whole extra year to our lives! I travel an hour, and I would travel longer if I had to just for this clinic & Dr Holly Reed! They gave me answers in a few short hours with a successful solution, that 3 Vet Clinic's in my home town, were perplexed & clueless for years! Their hours are great too because all of our "pet disasters" always seem to happen at the worst time, after the vet is closed on the weekday or on a weekend! & those are the exact "worst times" are the best times that this Emergency Clinic is open! My situation was bittersweet in that my best friend of 16yrs needed to reach peace. It happened at 9pm and this facility was all we could find who would be open and were willing to help. The care and humanity they provided my best friend was something that could only be provided by a team of people who TRULY care about animals...and the owners. They were incredibly compassionate and provided me the comfort I needed, as well. Despite the heartbreak of my own situation, I could not imagine a place more capable and caring than this one to deal with ANY need your pet has. Read Less

our 15 year old Beagle mix Josie had trouble breathing, her first health problem ever! we brought her in since our vet was closed. They were caring, gentle and tested her thouroughly. When they had to tell us her problem, late stage congestive heart failure, they were very kind and considerate to how we would react. Nothing can prepare you for the news that you have to put your pet to sleep but the environment there and their kind, compassionate, knowledgeable staff made the journey to the end of Josies life much more bearable.Read Less

These bad reviews are such crap, their is no way they even went to this clinic! This facility is nothing short of a Godsend, run by some of the most compassionate human beings this world has to offer! Dr.Holly Reid has seen me at my absolute worst, our first meeting I was a mess!! Hysterical, makeup running,in my PJs and hair.... my mother cat (a stray 3 days before) had a horrific case of mastitis and she swooped in the room and made me, and the cat feel better. Over the years she has seen my many pet emergencies with many pets, from car hits to a cat fight gone awry, I have always been given top notch care and treated with kindness and respect. Should the day ever come and she opens a day practice...people will line up around the block to see her. If people got the kind if care she gives pets....it just would change the world! Read Less

Dr. Reid's level of professionalism and quality care is revolting. She refused to refund my money when I had to bring my pet to another emergency clinic for proper treatment because all this unsanitary hole did was give my pet sub cutaneous fluids. They put my pet through unnecessary pain to make money, but did not even think to look inside her mouth when I told them I thought she ate and was possibly stung by a bee in her mouth. The vet we saw then proceeded to suggest beef flavored baby food for my pet, whos breed has common allergies to beef. The whole staff was unable to comprehend the simplest of tasks and I became more knowledgeable about the staff's lunch choices than what was actually going on with my poor puppy. Dr. Reid then proceeded to argue with me over the phone and ask me why I wanted my money back when I had pet insurance. She must have forgotten her manners with her well fit figure and the fact that I pay my insurance every month. Clearly, at this point her intentions of making money outweighed her concern for the proper care of animals. This clinic is poorly run and could benefit from classes on empathy, communication skills, and customer service. Read Less

I had to take my labrador here at 430am because he decided to eat a washcloth and was very ill. The very minute we got there the technician was courteous and very kind towards my dog, and the veterinarian is very knowledgable and excellent with pets. we were seen immediately and I was even able to have a cup of coffee while waiting for my dog to return from having fluids put in.The prices are extremely reasonable and I cannot say enough good things about this great practice. If you have to go anywhere for emergency vet care, come here. They are the best. Thank you to Dr.Reid and staff for helping save my dogs life. Hes my best friend and I am glad he will survive this ordeal with flying colors. Read Less
