A very caring Veterinary Clinic with wonderful staff! Our family has been going to the clinic for almost 35 years. The doctors as well as the office staff are open to questions and very helpful.

Doctors and staff are always very customer oriented and available. They have night hours a couple times a week and on Saturday morning. They will answer any questions you have politely and quickly. Very gentle with our dog and always call to see how he is doing after a visit.

Our son McGee loves Dr. Cooper!!!! She and her staff have handled all our routine and emergency events for 7 years and we have recommended them a number of times. Recently McGee received laser therapy on his hips and back legs which has helped his discomfort from age and surgery related aches and pains - Thanks Dr. Cooper, Jody, and everyone at CPVC!!! I was put into a dirty/used room upon arrival and when I mentioned it the Tech said; "Ok I'll clean it." And proceeded to spray cleaner on the table with my 4 year standing near it. And the vet's comment was "Maybe she didn't see her over the counter." Very unprofessional!!!!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I get from CPVC. I'm a new client as my dog is still a puppy. I'll update this review as necessary, but so far, I'm impressed.Dr. Cooper takes time to thoroughly walk through the exam with you. Her "bed-side manners" are wonderful, as are those of the entire staff! When I walk in with my dog, it's as if my dog is the only thing on their minds.The staff is very helpful. They are educators at heart and want my dog to have the best care so they tell me what options I have - whether it's her heartworm options, flea/tick options, potential issues/concerns, or whatever questions I may have.Aesthetically, the building isn't brand new, in fact, it could use some updating, but it's CLEAN and well kept. That's what I care about when I visit and I've never been disappointed with the quality of care my dog receives at CPVC.

My elderly dog, Sara, has trouble jumping, and at 80 pounds, I can't lift her into the car. Dr. Cooper & her assistant, along with a student helper, made a house call to see Sara, and were terrific! I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and her clinic for her competence. caring and willingness to truly care for our "fur children"!

I'll update this review as necessary, but so far, I'm impressed.Dr. Cooper takes time to thoroughly walk through the exam with you.
