My dog is extremely scared of men. I called and made her an appointment for a check up and her shots. I knew Panzer had an ear/skin infection.The staff was incredible. Even though my dog didn't seem so appreciative. I am. I love her so much and I am so happy you went so far to make her feel comfortable. I apologize for the barrel roll she pulled with the ear drops. How embarassing. She was so darn naughty she scratched her nose. We are working on her people skills/manners.You couldn't have done a better job!.

We took our dog here to be spayed per requirement of the rescue we adopted her through. She was ready to be picked up around noon but I worked a half day so I arrived to pick her up at 2pm. When they brought her out to me they said "she probably needs to go out to potty" and she immediately peed on the rug in the office. Her back end, feet, ears, and neck were all wet - they had not taken her out to relieve herself and they let her sit and lay in her urine. When we got home she was so thirsty she drank a ton of water, so I presume they did not give her anything to drink either. Her incision site was not properly cleaned and is covered with dried blood. I have never seen an incision site left like that. Overall we were shocked and angered by the lack of care that she was given.

Dr. Long & his staff are amazing & caring people! I took my dog Mason to them to have 2 cracked teeth pulled, they did the surgery & cleaned his teeth at a cost of $197.00. My regular vet I take him to, because he is closer, was going to charge me up to $1500.00. Still astounded at the price difference! He was well taken care of, & surgery went well! Once again, awesome people! Well worth the 45 minute drive! Thank you Dr Long & staff!!

My kitty Bubble needed emergency surgery, she had pyometra and would have died if she wouldn't be operated on in a day or two. Dr. Long and his amazing team saved her life and performed a complicated surgery. I am so thankful to them. They didn't change me an arm and a leg like all other vets, because they care about pets and their owners. I recommend them 100 percent. They are a blessing!

I give absolutely no stars. I brought my 8 month old kitten here in 2013 to be neutered because I had adopted her from a rescue that organizes with this animal hospital. They said I would receive a discount for adopting through their partner. They ended up killing my baby kitten. Said she had a allergic reaction, but I have a strong feeling that they gave her too much and overdosed her. I would never recommend this place to anymore. Absolutely heartbreaking.

If this were the Dog & Cat Sugary and Wellhung Clinic then it would only focus on pets that have Diabetes *and* very large "equipment." Thankfully it is not that. Instead, it is for all pets.I really shouldn't be reviewing this place, because they are busy enough as it is, and the last thing they need is to be more busy. But there is a very good reason why they are so busy, and that reason is because they are the most affordable, most friendly, most honest, and most genuinely caring veterinarians and employees that I have ever encountered.I cannot imagine there is a vet out there like this. When people reminisce about going back to the 1950s when people cared about each other and there was a community spirit and businesses were trustworthy... this is the kind of place they are thinking about.Between this vet, and Tucciarone auto repair in Clarence, you basically have the best and most honest possible care for your pets and your cars. Don't say I never did anything for you.As for this place. They did so many things for me, I have to say I honestly love them.So does Starlight.So does Harley.So does my son.So does Thaddeus.So does Quilty.So does Tenille.So does Harley.So does Garcia from the basement.So did Bumbalina before she ran away.There is a reason why, every time one of my cats needs medical help, I drive all the way out to Batavia, passing several animal hospitals on the way. If you bring your pets here, you will discover this reason too.If you have some spare cash for donations to vet offices, take a look at what this place is doing to help animals and pet owners out. You'll be amazed. Have a trip down there and talk to them. They are the type of genuinely good people that restore faith in humanity.Need I say more?

My boys love these people. They took great care of my puppy with his cherry eyes and when the one came back did the repair for only the cost of the anesthesia. I'll only bring my animals here! They don't treat them mean simply because they are "aggressive breeds".

My dog is extremely scared of men. I called and made her an appointment for a check up and her shots. I knew Panzer had an ear/skin infection.The staff was incredible. Even though my dog didn't seem so appreciative. I am. I love her so much and I am so happy you went so far to make her feel comfortable. I apologize for the barrel roll she pulled with the ear drops. We took our dog here to be spayed per requirement of the rescue we adopted her through. She was ready to be picked up around noon but I worked a half day so I arrived to pick her up at 2pm.
