Dr Orr is amazing, compassionate, and down to earth. She has an uncanny memory of our pets issues, even months later. In my experience the cost is slightly less than industry average which is why we continue to bring all of our animals here to see her. One of my biggest issues is vets that will encourage you to throw money at a problem. Dr Orr has always been very realistic with us, and we have certainly brought her a few tough cases. She will give you the pros and cons of each decision, including the 'return on investment' when you're talking about procedures that cost thousands of dollars. Had a 3:45 appt today for our cockatiel. At almost 4pm we were called to an exam room where a very nice assistant took our info and wrote down our concerns for the vet. At 4:45, we walked out as no one had checked in with us and the Dr. was nowhere to be seen. One hour wait after our appointment time.
