I've had good and bad experiences here. Last week we went to have puppy exams, the vet was just too lazy to fill out individual exam cards. We left with our 14 puppies not checked. This was weeks after spending $1,200 there. Horrible service over .10 cent cards. Our other vet did it for $10 a litter cheaper and was able to give us cards for our new owners.

Dr. Miller was patient, thorough and has a calming demeanor - which was just what we needed as we were feeling very worried when we walked in. Appointment did not feel rushed. Office was nice, clean and bright. Lady at reception desk was very helpful. Appointment started right on time. Thank you!

My experience was good, office was very clean, no odor. Staff was friendly and energetic, happy to serve you by answering questions and concerns. The examine room was also clean, the vets assistant was great. She handled my dog with care and took all my dogs symptoms into the computer so the Doc will all the info. Doctor was great, down to earth. He was very knowledgeable and explained many causes of my dogs symptoms. He was very thorough and gentle with my dog during the examination. What I like was that they knew I was the owner but for most they knew my dog was number one priority and acknowledge her by speaking doggie talk.

Nice, small, modern and clean Veterinarian clinic - a recent addition to the Riverdale community. I brought my dog in for blood work and one of my cats had a urinary tract infection. The Vet was very thorough and administered medication for my dog's eyes and an antibiotic for the cat. All is good - this a no frills, no surprises and professional Vet clinic that you should check out! Would recommend.

I love Yorkville Animal Hospital. Dr Meltzer has been my vet for years. She was so kind and supportive when my first dog, Bonnie, passed away. Now she just adores Bounce and the feeling is mutual. Her exams are very thorough and I never feel rushed. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I've had good and bad experiences here. Last week we went to have puppy exams, the vet was just too lazy to fill out individual exam cards. We left with our 14 puppies not checked. My experience was good, office was very clean, no odor. Staff was friendly and energetic, happy to serve you by answering questions and concerns.
