Dr. Anderson cared for animals even when families couldn't pay. He provided most with payment plans and did not aggressively pursue any customer for past due bills. Customers have even left their animals in his care and never came back. The instance where he didn't take care of the stray was unfortunately a bad situation he had sick dog with Parvo he was treating and one that had completed surgery in recovery. He was torn because he didn't have anymore room in the clinic but he didn't want to expose the dogs that were sick in the clinic or expose the unknown dog to the animals that were sick in the clinic. Dr. Anderson and the staff tried several times to capture the dog but it kept running away. He then put water out for the dog and called the SPCA. Read Less

I love this hospital and anyone that writes a bad review about Dr. Anderson is a liar. He is the best doctor for your animal. I worked along side him for a couple of months and learned so much from him and dearly respect him. He cares and loves your animal as if it was his own and he can also be very stern with your animal if you have one that is terrified of hospitals and act out. He is all around a wonderful man. I recommend anyone to let their animal become a patient here. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!!!! Read Less

Not everyone who works WITH animals actually works FOR animals. This veterinary hospital is for profit, NOT for animal welfare. They have at least twice (that we know of) let dying animals remain on their dog step without providing any help at all... because no one was there to pay the bill. They are now under investigation for animal cruelty, as one dog died and the other will likely die as well. Essentially if this were a hospital for humans, they would turn away the dying, homeless people on their doorstep. Do not support this hospital.Read Less

Why are no stars not an option? How can you take your animals to a vet that has been so callous toward the treatment towards starving and near death animals? Animals- as in plural. In 2009 they left a malnourished cocker spaniel outside their office for over 24 hours before finally calling SPCA. This is not the first time they've shown blatant disregard for the well being of animals. My opinion? Because those pups were broke. And another one bites the dust thanks to pure and adulterated greed. Read Less
