I have been going to Teresa's Animal Hospitable since she first opened. I arrived from the emergency clinic with my favorite cat attached to an iv bottle. We were welcomed and been so ever since. Her knowledge is exceptional and if she is ever unsure, the computer is there to help guide her. She calls you with results of testing, and always calls you back if you initiate a call. Dr. Labuszewski and the team at The Animal Hospitable are wonderful. My family has been taking our pets to Dr. Labuszewski for over 20 years. She takes her time, is extremely thorough and will answer any questions you have. One of my dogs has a had a very complicated medical history and the doctor has been with me every step of the way; doing research, contacting colleagues and is always willing to take my call/answer my questions. I have been going to animal hospitable for over 12 years. Found them after a friend recommended them after she had to make some difficult decisions with her dog and I wanted a second opinion  after another vet suggested surgery for my girl ( and she didn't need it!) I appreciate the fact that he staff and dr Teresa are very compassionate and caring. They keep up on latest studies and while they treat holistically they are not " test crazy".  I never feel badly about asking questions or calling and getting advice.  My girl had some health issues and they helped me through all the way with her til the end  ( 13 1/2) years) and through tough decisions. Dr. T is a no nonsense Doctor and one of the best vets around and I have been to a few. Kind, caring and above knowledgeable you will always get the best care for your beloved pets at a reasonable price. The techs are wonderfully compassionate . Dr. T has taken care of all of my pets since we moved to Clarence, 30 years ago. Back in the 90's She ushered me thru my Bernese Mt. Dog's Cushings disease and hip dysplasia with  (then) progressive treatments and she lived to be 13.5 yrs old, which must be some kind of record for Berners!  She's also been the vet of choice over the years, for our 4 other Bernese, four cats...the last being an indoor/outdoor cat that lived to be over 19 yrs old! and a Pekingese, Lhasa Apso and Cocker spaniel. These were all our pets over the last 30 years and I, obviously am devoted to Dr. T and her staff. They are always compassionate when we lose one of our precious pets. I will not be taking any of my animals back to this veterinarian. After only two visits, my four month old puppy was scared to even walk in the front door. This most recent visit, there was fresh blood left on the floor of the exam room from a previous dog which I discovered after setting my puppy down on the floor. In addition, his rabies shot was incorrectly administered resulting in him screaming and limping on the leg in which it was injected. I would also like to add that I have never been to a clinic where the shots were not administered by the vet, only vet techs. I then had to wait about 10 minutes to be checked out by the receptionist and then the rabies paperwork was incorrect. Horrible experience. Do not appreciate being talked down or having to come home to bathe my dog because he had been walking through the blood of another animal. The staff was incredibly incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. If you do not like animals perhaps you should not work in a veterinary office. *I'd also like to add that I was told to wait a month past the recommended date for this vaccine by the vet, yet was told this was not appropriate when the vet called back to apologize. We've been taking our family pets to Dr. Teresa at Animal Hospitable for 20 years. They've helped us through illness and loss, and ensured our pets were healthy and strong. There advice was always on target and we are grateful for their expertise. Highly recommended. On our drive to Animal Hospitable we pass other closer veterinary offices. But we drive right by because of the way we and our pets have been treated, with dignity and respect. Excellent doctors and staff! I always receive a follow up call if I have brought my pet in for sick visit. You get a complete and detailed estimate for any procedure. We've been bringing our pets to the Animal Hospitable since I was in high school.  Longer than I'd like to think about actually.Dr Teresa and her staff are wonderful.  They always take the time to listen before diagnosing.  They've taken care of everything from basic checkups to surgeries, some autoimmune thing, ear infections and more.  Yes, we do tend to get defective dogs. lolThe Doc always takes the time to explain what the diagnosis is and give you options from top cost to things you can do on your own.  I appreciate that most, as I do want to know and understand what's wrong with my pet and how to treat it.  I highly recommend the Animal Hospitable! EXCELLENT service, employees are customer service orientated, nice and friendly, I call with an emergency Gloria a nice lady who answered the phone quickly acomodated me while other places was giving us appointments for weeks later, Valery and Dave where the Technicians who assisted us and had to deal with our coons issues, Thanks guys! and soory for the mess Pluto made. My cat was constipated and brought to Dr. Teresa. It was an ongoing problem even with 1 stool softner so we put him on another and he's been doing great ever since! I've been a client here for more than 13 years. My first 2 cats lived to be 22 and 23 years old because Dr. L diagnosed them accurately after another vet, who had been treating them for 2 years, based on his incorrect diagnosis, almost killed them! Within 4 days of our first appt with Dr. Labuszewski she had their test results back from Cornell and had them on a treatment program which got them back to health.I currently have 2 pure breed, AKC, show quality Golden Retreivers and 2 stray cats who adopted us! I'm always amazed at how Dr. Labuszewski can pin point my pets problem and treat it effectively. She is extreemly dedicated to her work. She is continually taking classes to stay current with the newest medicines and techniques. She always has great advice on keeping my pets healthy and is an advocate for the animal. What I like best is she always gives me choices. She puts all the treatment options on the table along with the associated costs, explains them and then lets me decide on which treatment is best for my animal. Her staff is just as dedicated as she is to making sure my pets get the best medical care possible. My animals health and longevity speak for themselves.
