Been going to Town & Country since 1980. Over the years, some of the staff has come and gone, some have been there almost forever. No matter who was tending to them, always have gotten wonderful care & love for my animals, and some of those "kids" been difficult at times. Highly recommend. My last dog, though otherwise a pleasant guy, had to be sedated and muzzled for a vet visit, even a nail trim. Thankfully, he became mellowed in his advanced years. He became a legend. Everyone who worked on him gave him special treatment, in spite of him not returning their affection. Seems like they loved him more because he was a difficult boy. All cried with me when he unexpectedly needed to be put to sleep. Happily (and finally), my current dog is happy no matter where she goes. They now the opposite problem, and need to deal with an exhuberant girl whose tail is wagging and butt is wiggling, even with a thermometer stuck in.One of my current cats (and a few in the past) have also been difficult patients, and their moodiness is always handled with a gentle hand and a laugh.Have never been disappointed with the care and diagnosis over many years. I can't see myself taking my furkids elsewhere. We are truly what they call "part of the T&C family". Read Less

My 2 1/2 year old cat was recently diagnosed with stomatitis. We've had many cats over the last 30 years, and never ran into dealing with this disease. It's horrible trying to maintain a good quality of life with this disease. Ultimately, we had to do a full mouth extraction except for her canines and incisors through our regular vet. We thought it was over, but she still seemed to be in a lot of pain. Meanwhile, losing weight because she didn't want to eat. It was a vicious cycle. Fast forward to our visit with Dr.Hansen. He took his time. Answered all my questions fully (sometimes even before I asked), and addressed my concerns. Finally, I felt there was a solid game plan for her to have a good life, and there was a sense of relief for the first time in almost 5 months. My regular vet hadn't really dealt with this level of the disease before, and referred me to Dr.Hansen. I'm so glad they did. Read Less
