We need to have a vet closer to us for our small dog. My husband & I were very impressed with the vet, the staff and the facility. They took time to answer questions -general & specific medical questions and... did not charge us for the service(nail clipping)!. When I missed the next appointment- called once I realized of course- they were very understanding and we rescheduled. Again, the new staff I met were very friendly and professional. We had an emergency with our German Shepard when we were on vacation and the staff stayed late and took us right in. They were all helpful and followed up the next day to make sure everything was good with Gunner. The service fee was also very reasonable. Read Less

They do a great job of explaining the situation so you understand all your options and can make the best decision for the care of your pet/family member/child/loved one. I have been taking my furbabies to Cambridge Valley Vet since we moved to the area 5 years ago. I am very happy with the all encompassing treatment plans they put together for my aging pets, and have really seen a difference in their behavior & mobility. Their charting isn't accurate. They leave many facts out on pet. They allow an office worker to write in a legal document, when she isn't qualified to do so. She has written inflammatory statements when she doesn't like someone. Read Less

I spent my winter break here doing an internship, and it was the best experience I believe I could have had. They made me feel right at home, and always explained things when I asked. I got a chance to see how being a vet tech is like in a real life working situation, and any worries I had before are now gone. They helped me realize I made the right career choice. Our pup Zoey passed away this last Sunday, and her vet comforted my family during our time of grief over her sudden passing. They are all wonderful people and went out of their way to meet us at the hospital on a Sunday night to be with my family. I have been going to this vet for the last six months. Since I adopted my little pit bull. She is super friendly and sweet, almost to a fault. Anyway, I brought her in because her ears were bothering her. She was up on the table and kept on trying to lick Dr. Wolski's face. He held her muzzle to look in her ears (which is understandable), and when she continued to lick at his face, he slapped her on top of the head (lightly, but I was still agitated by this). She still continued to lick, and at this point he slapped her so hard on top of her head she yelped and it made a loud THWACK sound. Needless to say, I was livid and I will NEVER EVER go there again. My previous visits were good, but now I can't help but wonder what happens if I left her there alone like with her spay surgery. In any event, steer clear of Dr. Wolski. Read Less
