Our doctors and technicians will cover emergencies up until 9pm, 365 days a year! We are open 7 days a week and are available for any of your pets medical concerns.

When I lived in Queen Village, I took my cat Beaker here for medical care right after I first adopted her. I was very pleased with the way the doctors and techs handled Beaker. We have seen Dr. Greiner and Dr. Goldner and would highly recommend either of them--they both have wonderful bedside manner, are very knowledgeable and patient with the animals, and work very well with their vet techs; though I'm sure the other doctors are just as great. Dr. Goldner does the fastest nail clippings ever, which is a plus if your cat is like mine and hates getting their nails clipped. Although Beaker and I now reside in West Philly and no longer live just around the corner from QVAH, I highly recommend them to any Queen Village pet parents!

I recommend Queen Village to everyone I know. I have been continually impressed with this animal hospital. My newly diagnosed Diabetic cat is currently under the exceptional care of Dr Yallof -- I just love her. She is not only very knowledgeable; she is amazing with the animals, friendly & compassionate. I really can't say enough good things about her. All the Drs I've met here have been great. I wouldn't take my beloved pets anywhere else.

Have been with 4 vets since getting my dog and this one has been hands down the best. Polite staff, punctual, friendly, helpful, take their time to explain things to you, and will even try to assist you over the phone vs coming in for a visit when possible. May not be the cheapest but they are honest, will offer you different possible routes of action, and overall provide explempary care. They also have great hours! Highly recommend.

Dr. Yallof and QVAH staff are exceptional. They have the perfect mixture of expertise and care. My cat has had a few minor health issues over the past year, just enough to put any pet owner in a panic. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Yallof and QVAH!

This is by far the best place to bring small pets, Dr. McGuire has provided excellent world class care to my two pet rats and I wouldn't bring them anywhere else.

I'm a cat rescuer. Have been for 50 years. I started going to the QVAH when it opened back in the early 1980's. I love the staff there and couldn't have saved as many lives (100's) as I have without them. They are dedicated, caring, competent, and hard working. They have provided superb veterinary care and done so many spay/neuters for my rescued kittens and cats. Dr. Wellens has successfully diagnosed and treated many complicated cases - hit-by-car, rat poison... you name it. I never had a problem - ever. To criticize them in the mean-spirited way that you have is unfair.

I started going to Queen Village A. H. 8 years ago. At the time my cat was already about 13 years old. Dr. Kim Greiner was my regular vet at the clinic. Even after I moved to another neighborhood half hour away, I continued to take my girl to her. She was always so gentle and got to know us both so well. Her bed side manner is so kind and gentle. She's upfront, honest and thorough without being harsh. The fact that she loved my cat in spite of her "miss pissy pants" attitude, her hissing & moaning, that's why I knew right away that I liked her. In addition, Dr. Griener always impressed me with her follow up phone calls. Whether we spoke, or she left a message, she was always thorough and would continue to leave messages until we actually spoke. Yesterday, unfortunately, was the last time Dr. Griener saw my cat. At age 21, her weight had depleted and she lost strength and the ability to walk without wobbling and falling over. Dr. Griener did what she could in prescribing pain medication. She helped me for nearly a decade to give my cat the best care possible. I was thankful that she recommended Lap of Love, a vet service who was able to do an at-home euthanasia. I'll always be grateful to her. I think the clinic as a whole is a great place. In all 8 years, I really can't recall any complaints. Their prices are reasonable, their hours are convenient, and they're very accommodating. My only frustration, which has nothing to do with the clinic, is the street parking limitations. I blame PPA for the several tickets I received because I couldn't always park on the side of the street the clinic is on. I will say, the clinic would often reimburse my parking fee.

The caring and treatment of pets at QV Animal Hospital is wonderful. All the vets and vet staff are extremely knowledgeable and treat you and your pet with gentle care, kindness and dignity in all stages of your pet's life. I would not go anywhere else for my pet's care. Thank you QV Animal Hospital vets and staff. When I lived in Queen Village, I took my cat Beaker here for medical care right after I first adopted her. I was very pleased with the way the doctors and techs handled Beaker. We have seen Dr. Greiner and Dr. Goldner and would highly recommend either of them--they both have wonderful bedside manner, are very knowledgeable and patient with the animals, and work very well with their vet techs; though I'm sure the other doctors are just as great. I recommend Queen Village to everyone I know. I have been continually impressed with this animal hospital. My newly diagnosed Diabetic cat is currently under the exceptional care of Dr Yallof -- I just love her. She is not only very knowledgeable; she is amazing with the animals, friendly & compassionate. Have been with 4 vets since getting my dog and this one has been hands down the best. Polite staff, punctual, friendly, helpful, take their time to explain things to you, and will even try to assist you over the phone vs coming in for a visit when possible. I love the staff there and couldn't have saved as many lives (100's) as I have without them. They are dedicated, caring, competent, and hard working. Dr. Wellens has successfully diagnosed and treated many complicated cases - hit-by-car, rat poison... you name it. I never had a problem - ever. I started going to Queen Village A. H. 8 years ago. At the time my cat was already about 13 years old. Dr. Kim Greiner was my regular vet at the clinic. Even after I moved to another neighborhood half hour away, I continued to take my girl to her. She was always so gentle and got to know us both so well. Her bed side manner is so kind and gentle.
