This is a top notch place to bring your furry friend! The staff are friendly and accommodating, the doctors are thorough, caring and gentle. You never feel rushed as there is plenty of time to ask questions on how best to care for your pet. Scheduling for regular appointments runs like clockwork. I have never needed to wait for more than 10 minutes after arriving to see the doctor. While there is a small waiting area, expect you might never use it. Checkout is equally painless. They have plenty of help staff to ensure you get out and on your way quickly to avoid stressing your pet. The costs are very reasonable and well explained. There is literally never a wait here. All the times we have come in we have been assigned a room immediately. The staff is friendly and are very knowledgeable. We recently took our husky in to get updated on her shots and the prices weren't too bad. She was very nervous and the vet was totally understanding, doing what she could to calm her nerves. We were visiting friends outside Caz in July of 2017. Our lab became very ill during the trip from Virginia on a Thursday. By Friday morning her condition had worsened and the hospital gave us an appointment that Friday...the staff was easy to deal with and considerate both on the phone and upon our arrival. Our dog received a thorough examination by Dr. Donnelly (who we found very professional and knowledgeable). She and her assistant were "very hands on".. Due to Dr. Donnelly's accurate diagnosis and correct medication administered, our dog was back to normal by Sunday. Our experience with varied animal needs is extensive and, we utilize both large and small vets at home. We've only been here twice so far but when our new Bernese puppy ate up a non edible Nylabone they were there to help out with advice to get it out of his system and when that didn't really work they got us right in. I Just had to do the hardest thing a pet parent can do, put my beloved old collie, Katie down. My experience was such a blessing to my husband and I. She was cared for with the respect and dignity you don't often see given a human. I wasn't rushed. I could hold her and Kiss her. they made me a paw print to cherish ( NO charge) and than to top it off sent me a sympathy card.
