Do not bring your pets here! They treated my dog for an ear infection and the next day he was stone deaf and has been ever since. I’m guessing they stuck something in his ears too deep and ruptured the ear drums. It is horrible and heartbreaking. When I asked them about it they said the medicine can harden in the ears for a few days and impact the hearing. Which I have never heard of such a thing. But my dog is deaf now! Too many tests you don’t need and meds that are $5.00 at the pharmacy yet she will charge you close to $200.00 instead of sending you to pharmacy and will not do thr right thing. They are more concerned with money than the animals. They charged us $230 for a enima, an x-ray and an hour an a half visit for our cat who is contsipated. They said that she did not have a urinary tract blockage, had her under the wrong name, and they did not send out her info to the new vet. We went to a new vet and they're charging us half that for the same things plus her meds and she is blocked. Because of this place my cat is in worse condition and we can't afford to treat her. Our other cat we thought may have urinary tract infection, but in their words he was "fat and gassy" and they still tried to sell us expensive food for cats with urinary tract infection. It turns out that our constipated cat has cancer and has to be put down. I don't know how they missed that and said that she's fine. Read Less

I was recommended to these folks for a cheaper than usual spay for my dog. I made an appointment for a consultation to see how much it would cost for the spay. The vet spent five minutes answering my questions and another five minutes pushing heart worm medicine. Then they told me i would save 50 dollars over what my main vet would have charged. Then they charged me more than my main vet for an office visit 40 bucks. wow, waist of time and money. They push on there web site that you would get the same health care for your pet at half the cost.BS! Read Less

They told me that my 4 month old puppy was a vicious animal and needed training. My best friend took her puppy to be spayed and she died on the table said it was her heart she had been at my house playing with my dogs all week. Now we just heard they have lost another puppy that was being spayed and said it was her heart. 2 dogs in less then 7 months. I will not take any of my pets there and tell other people shots maybe surgery no f--king way. And thats what i thi k of them take your loved pet in it may npt come oit alive!!!! Read Less

I had a very serious problem with a puppy and they were there for me 100%. They never pushed me to do something I didn't want to do. The Dr listened, tried several solutions and was there for me when I needed her to help my puppy. Not all Vet's would do this. In fact, most don't. They killed my puppy, then tried to blame me.She made it through her surgery, they could not wake her up.Too much anesthesia, they tried to say it was because of her heart.Her heart was just fine as she was playing with two German Shepherds the whole week before.The vet also said they would waive the surgery cost and give me back my F OA certificate. I found out about this clinic through word of mouth. It was a God send. Larry the owner, did everything in his power to give my dog the care he needed on a budget I could afford. He avoided unnessesary tests and performed the needed tests and surgery that elsewhere would have cost me 3 times as much. I could write pages about his caring nature while treating my dog Sash.
