Been going you’re well over 10 years, Treated several medical issues over the years on my talk with chronic health issues. I Trust them very much so I️ Have been boarding them there over the years but unfortunately that has become quite expensive first with bordetella required every 6 months, now a stool sample yearly to board them and the newest addition is a two-part flu shot so unfortunately it has become quite expensive but staff wise I do trust them. Some have left but Dr. TomsDr. Lou, Frank, Kelly, Anna, and Lauren along with the rest of the staff are wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait but anytime I have had an issue, they have taken my dogs immediately so I could understand they do the same for others but keep that in mind if you have things planned. We drive 40 minutes to bring our English Bulldog to Dr Thoms for the last 8 years since he was 6 months old, he will see Dr. Savino too. We were referred by the AKC and know why because we have been nothing but happy its well worth the drive and all the staff treat him like a little king when he arrives he doesn't mind coming for a visit. They (Dr. Lou) saved our other bulldogs life after he swallowed a bone and it got lodged and twisted in his intestine at just 18 months old. When people ask us why we drive so far to the vet, we always say because the AKC pointed us in the right direction and Hercules loves going there and we value their knowledge, friendliness and kindness. It is almost impossible to describe this exceptional veterinary hospital. I have been bring my dog there for the last eight years and will continue to do so for the rest of her life. Lets put it this way, we moved 1&1/2 hrs away few yrs ago for couple of years and we still brought our pets here when they needed to go to a dr. There is no other place for our animals. Today was an extremely sad day for me, as I brought my precious girl, Penny to the hospital for Dr. Lou to gently ease her pain and allow her to join her brother Cagney, both GSD's that Dr. Lou has taken care of all their lives. The staff there are just amazing and very comforting at a time when I really needed it. I travel 50 miles each way because Dr. Lou is such a wonderful man, who cared so much about Cagney and Penny. These doctors are one of the best doctors to come to for anything or any questions you may have. They will even talk with you on the phone if you have simple questions. They've been helping my dog for quite awhile now and giving me the medication and advice I need for her. They keep me comforted and knowing of next steps before we get to them so I am prepared. Best vet clinic I've been to on the East Coast. Having had multiple dogs, unfortunately, I've visited quite a few vet offices in multiple states. The front desk staff is pleasant, capable, and efficient. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain different treatment options (especially when one of my dogs got cancer). They don't rush you out to get the next paying customer in. I trust them completely with the care of my dogs, who I treat like my kids. They are the only ones I let operate on my dog with cancer and they did an amazing job. The wounds were sutured skillfully, thereby minimizing an uncomfortable recovery for my dog. I have nothing but the best to say about Center Moriches Vet. Dr. Savino and his staff showed nothing but true compassion for my dog Shirley and me, especially in her last days. I lost my pal 2 days ago. Yesterday I recieved a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Dr. Savino and his staff. Dr. Savino is a true animal lover, it's undeniable. I  have brought my dogs to Center Moriches Veterinary Hospital since about 1995.  The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.  It is very apparent that they all really love animals and when you bring your pet there they treat them as if they were their own.  They even have a separate waiting room for cats so they don't get stressed out!  When my last dog passed, I was able to sit with him in their grieving room which is separate from the other exam rooms so you have privacy.  When my dogs passed, I received flowers and a card from CMVH.  How many pet hospitals so that?  Their caring goes unsurpassed.  My only regret is since I moved to Florida, I won't be seeing Dr. Savino, Dr. Lou, Kelly, Frank, Jody, and the rest of the wonderful staff of CMVH.   Any negative reviews probably come from people who didn't want to pay their bill.  Lol.  This hospital rocks!! I took my cat here and he was sick.  I was told it would cost upward of 1200.00.  Now I love my cat, but they wouldn't let me 'pay it off' plus pay balance when I got bonus or income tax refund.  Therefore I was left no option other than to sign my beloved cat over to them!!!  Needless to say I have been thrust into a depression fueled by guilt.  I loved my cat dearly!  I mean who takes someones beloved pet away because they can't pay the whole bill at once!!  I would've paid my bill every month u til I got bonus/inc tax return.  I miss my beloved cat so much!  Why are vets so expensive and greedy???  Why won't they work with us ordinary people? They held back sending out blood work on my very sick dog because I had to borrow the money to pay the  bill which was a few hundred dollars. They don't tell you how much the tests and visit cost and then slam you at the end. As a result my dog got very sick. They said they hold back sending tests to the lab until they get paid upfront. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT BRINGING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. After 10 days of boarding my dog at their facility, they sent me dog home DISEASED with kennel cough that was contracted while boarding, without medication or even acknowledging the disease was contracted.After returning to pick up medication to treat my dog, the vet attempted to charge me an additional $50, and when I objected on the grounds of the dog getting sick in their care, told me I was "putting him out $40". There was no concern or apology offered - I'm never returning here again. Instead I'll be using Eastport Wellness Center. Read Less

I first brought my puppy here when he was sick with parvo-virus ( only 30% of puppies survive!).  Dr Thoms was extremely understanding and generous, she made sure that I was able to afford the vet bill for my puppy's treatment.
