Been taking my dog to this animal hospital for over 10 years. Dr. Sito is a wonderful veterinarian and very nice. However a few of the front staff are very unprofessional and downright grumpy. One girl answers the phone every time I call like she's having the worst day of her life. Another girl acts like she is doing you a favor Play knowledge Ing your presence. Example leaning back in her chair texting feet up on the desk. It gets to you after a while which is why I'm writing this review. otherwise they would've gotten five stars from me. Read Less

Dr. Sito and his staff are incredibly compassionate.  I was emotional when I decided to put my failing 17.5-year-old Mollycat down in September.  One of the more difficult decisions I've made in my life. They offered kind words about the humane/peaceful way in which she would leave this earth. Picked up a kitten a few weeks ago and brought him for a check up today. Worst place worst staff ever in my life. I don't even like to give a one star to this place. I went to this place three times. First time, my puppy had a diarrhea I went to this place got some medicines and it did not work at all and I payed around $120 for this. Second time, I didn't make a reservation and just went in there I asked them do you guys have time to look at my puppy because the medication does not work at all and the way their staff talked to me was so rude and be like just go for emergency hospital. Lastly the third, my puppy started twitching her leg after her second vaccination. I went to this place and they gave her a shot and the medication. The medication made her whole body lumping even her face. She cannot walk at all right now and her saliva is with bubble all over the floor and her body. I called this place and the staff was like the doctor is away and the reservation is booked full for a week and half. Switched from my other vet to bring our new cat here.  Excellent staff and service, provide daily updates on my cat for a procedure he was in for and called us at home several times to check on him.  Highly recommended. Read Less

Had a horrible experience here. Dr. Greco is an exotic animal specialist I went to for my prairie dog to be spayed. Everything went fine (we thought) so we bring nala (my prairie dog) home and before we even get her home the stitch opens. Now I know she is a wild animal and things happen but 20 min after the initial stitch was done? I was holding her on my lap in her cage and she wasn't biting it so maybe they weren't very attentive while she was in their care. And his words before we left was she can die if her stitch opens so now we're freaking out trying to call. No problem though, we call at 6:40 pm (they close at 7 that day) no answer no answer no answer.... called SEVERAL times. Staff must've wanted to get out early because we got no answer at all and they didn't take messages. We were forced to bring her to the emergency room and pay 650 dollars for a new stitch and glue... which didn't pop nor did she try to bite at it so I'm wondering if there was something wrong with what he did in the first place. I called to tell dr Greco what had happened and see if we could work something out seeing as how his office hours were til 7 and they didn't answer which forced me to go the emergency room and pay all that money in one day and he had no sympathy or solution for me. I love this place and recommend them to everyone that is looking for a vet. Dr Sito is very kind & caring to both your pet(s) & their family. He does not do anything that is unnecessary and therefore does not overcharge. Also his rates are very reasonable. His staff is also terrific! I have taken my pets (living and deceased) to Joe Sito for years.  He is a most compassionate man.  He never tries to sell you something and always has the pets and owners best interest at heart. Joe is definately in it for the animals and not for the money. He has always been spot on with his diagnoses.  His staff is also caring and extremely knowledgable and warm. Dr Sito has done well care, neutering, spaying, teeth cleaning, surgeries, and euthanasia and every single time he has been gracious and caring. My most recent heartache is a paralyzed Shi-tzu / Bichon who can't walk due to an injury.  Dr Sito speaks to me every day. I trust in his judgement and have every faith that if he feels positively about the outcome, there will be a great outcome.
