I recently switched to Chittenango and all I can say is that it's the best decision I have made. The staff is wonderful, hardly no wait and owning 7 animals I can actually afford to take them in without feeling like I'm going to be robbed. They are so good with my dogs and don't pressure me into spending money on all the "extras". I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

First, Dr. Bongiovanni is the best small animal vet I have ever worked with. She is talented, kind and direct. That's a perfect combination. Second, David Z, I hope you were just having a bad day when you wrote your review, because all of the staff are great. I have spoken with Megan many times, even this afternoon, and she was awesome. Did you ever think that it was your attitude that caused the problem? I would recommend Chittenango Animal Hospital to all caring pet owners.

I called this morning to make a new appointment. The woman who answered reminded me of Bula Ballbreaker. Hey lady life is short, its not like your re inventing the wheel, making history or building rockets. This woman nam was Meg something, couldn't get the first time I called and on the second call to tell her how rude she was i definitely didn't want to know it. Good luck if your days are not numbered they should be. You should learn some manner specially when someone wants to become a client. GFL !!!! p.s. It bothers me I have to even leave one start. You would be great working in a proctologists office.

What an amazing veterinary office! They have taken such great care of my cat and my mom's cat. Total professionals! They have such great and understanding staff as well. Their prices are reasonable and they take their time to make sure you understand everything and are as knowledgeable as possible, concerning your pet's care. I'll never see another vet, love these guys!

We adopted our cat from CAH 10 years ago and we have relied on them to help us keep her healthy. Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though Grace does not enjoy going to visit them, we do!

A wonderful place. We've been going to this office for the past 17 years. The quality is always excellent, every time. They are intelligent, on time, and very caring. Every time I bring my cat in, all the assistants come in to see him. He was very sick once, and they all remember him.

I recently switched to Chittenango and all I can say is that it's the best decision I have made. The staff is wonderful, hardly no wait and owning 7 animals I can actually afford to take them in without feeling like I'm going to be robbed. They are so good with my dogs and don't pressure me into spending money on all the "extras". I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!
