I took my dog in for testing almost a week ago. Not only did I not get any response as to the results but when I called they did not even have a doctor in the building to give me the result and since the doctor who saw her isn't in today the other doctor can't give me results? My dog may be in kindey failure and they are willing to wait until she is really sick to give me results because it's a different doctor are they joking!Update: I called the main office and the woman there told me that the person I wasn't talking to at west hills east must be new. I'm fully understanding of new people but maybe they should not be talking to patients and their owners without being fully trained. Doctor will supposedly be calling me at 330

I have three cats and Dr. Steinberg always provides the best care, explaining their illnesses in detail, spending as much time as needed to understand options and even refer to specialists when required. Wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!
