My family just moved away from Cortland but Crossroads was our primary vet for about 4 years. I NEVER had a negative experience here. Some things that they offer are nail clippings, vaccines (shots), exams, X-rays, they can prescribe all sorts of medicines if needed, emergency visits, over night kenneling, dental exams, surgeries, neuter/spay, and humane euthanasia. If they don't offer something they can connect you to someone who does. They are very flexible and I have had to bring in several dogs and one cat in for an emergency before (on different occasions) and they were very timely and professional about each interaction. If it was an emergency, they would insist on bringing them in immediately. The majority of the staff is women which was very helpful because my rescue dog (pit bull) was working through a fear of men at the time. All of the vets here are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Clifford especially stood out to me in a positive way because of how she interacted with my pit bull. My pit bull was anxious and did not want to get up on the table, Dr. Clifford got down on the floor with him for the rest of the exam and this instantly put him at ease. I know that sometimes the front desk people can come off as rude and everyone has bad moments but it's a stressful job!! Bottom line, the veterinarians here are superb and I recommend everyone to go here. (They even have an exotic vet now) Read Less
