Our dog, Makota recently passed away and we opted for cremation. We were simply blown away by the lovely package we received back. We have had several animals cremated over the years and have never received anything like what we did yesterday. The lovely swatch of fur to the paw print mold, to the charm for our keychain, the magnet, the candle, the poem..it was simply above par. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

A class act! Had to put our dog down and asked vet to send him to a place for him to be privately cremated. He was sent to Infinity Pet Services. I never expected him to be delivered in a lovely box within a bag of stuff, including a mold of his footprint and a wildflower seed ornament. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Thank you. We lost our little Peanut much too soon and my heart still cries for him. We drove out to your place scared and unsure about what to expect. You welcomed us in and put us at ease. You even let Peanut's brother be part of the meeting. You listened to what we wanted and needed and treated us with dignity and respect. When you asked if we wanted to see Peanut one last time and I was unsure. You wrapped him in a blanket and gave him his toy and it helped put me at ease and helped me say goodbye. We got our baby back today and his memorial package is amazing. Such detail and love. I would recommend you any day. Thank you a million times over.

Infinity goes above and beyond! I was brought to tears by the incredible service I received. I was shocked by the complete gift package sent back to my vet. Infinity offers their services through my local vet (Greylock Animal Hospital,) and I cannot recommend them enough! We sadly lost our sweet Kitty Boy recently, and the cremains package we received was sweetly lovely. Now we can keep our kitty with us wherever we move, and we know he was treated with respect after his passing. There was even a scrap of his favorite blanket, with which they cremated him. These folks treated my baby as lovingly as we would. I cannot thank them enough for everything.

I cannot say enough to praise the entire staff & facilities! They are the absolute best. They have now done all four of the dogs we've had to let go & I would NEVER trust anybody else. We've had 3 done through our different vets & the most recent we took him over ourselves & had a private cremation done while we were there Dec. 2014 & I cannot fully tell you how wonderful everyone was. The facilities are comforting, spotless & inviting. We were all, including my dearest departed companion treated like family & they took the time to hear about him & see photos of him when he was alive & looking far better than he did at that moment. They truly understood just how hard it had been, as they had been on "standby" for us for quite a long while with this boy, as he fought very hard to keep going despite aggressive cancer. They knew & understood just how hard it was to be there for the final send off, too & were just the right needed mix of compassion, caring, respect & humor for such a heart wrenching occasion. They are the kindest, most professional, (but NEVER to the point of it seeming mechanized or like just another one coming through) & all around wonderful people. Truly angels for sure! If you find yourself in need of the services they offer I assure you there are NO better hands to have your beloved pet in then theirs.

We have brought all of our cats who have died to Infinity and this is the closest thing you can get to a funeral home for pets. They are a group of compassionate, kind, and loving people who fully understand the grief that one goes through when losing a pet. While most people who aren't animal lovers will say "Oh, it's just a cat", they know what you are going through and are very respectful. We chose to drive there and personally drop off our cats for cremation, but they also will pick up a pet's remains at many vets in the area and deliver the cremains back within a week. They offer a wide selection of urns and will return your pet's ashes with a personalized candle, a ceramic impression of your pet's paw, and a piece of fur if you desire. I highly recommend them if you want to give your pet the best you can after his or her death. Ask for Stacy when you call.

We sadly lost our sweet Kitty Boy recently, and the cremains package we received was sweetly lovely. Now we can keep our kitty with us wherever we move, and we know he was treated with respect after his passing. There was even a scrap of his favorite blanket, with which they cremated him. These folks treated my baby as lovingly as we would. I cannot thank them enough for everything.

I cannot say enough to praise the entire staff & facilities! They are the absolute best. They have now done all four of the dogs we've had to let go & I would NEVER trust anybody else. We've had 3 done through our different vets & the most recent we took him over ourselves & had a private cremation done while we were there Dec. 2014 & I cannot fully tell you how wonderful everyone was. The facilities are comforting, spotless & inviting. We were all, including my dearest departed companion treated like family & they took the time to hear about him & see photos of him when he was alive & looking far better than he did at that moment. They truly understood just how hard it had been, as they had been on "standby" for us for quite a long while with this boy, as he fought very hard to keep going despite aggressive cancer. They knew & understood just how hard it was to be there for the final send off, too & were just the right needed mix of compassion, caring, respect & humor for such a heart wrenching occasion. They are the kindest, most professional, (but NEVER to the point of it seeming mechanized or like just another one coming through) & all around wonderful people. Truly angels for sure! If you find yourself in need of the services they offer I assure you there are NO better hands to have your beloved pet in then theirs.

We have brought all of our cats who have died to Infinity and this is the closest thing you can get to a funeral home for pets. They are a group of compassionate, kind, and loving people who fully understand the grief that one goes through when losing a pet. While most people who aren't animal lovers will say "Oh, it's just a cat", they know what you are going through and are very respectful. We chose to drive there and personally drop off our cats for cremation, but they also will pick up a pet's remains at many vets in the area and deliver the cremains back within a week. They offer a wide selection of urns and will return your pet's ashes with a personalized candle, a ceramic impression of your pet's paw, and a piece of fur if you desire. I highly recommend them if you want to give your pet the best you can after his or her death. Ask for Stacy when you call.
